The Academy project once producing players ready for the first team will have a target that at the start of every season there are say 2 - 4 players pushing for a first team place progress and hopefully move on to bigger things and a club casher in the transfer and add on's. Griffiths is just another in the long line of naturally gifted Scottish players that for various reasons never fulfilled the potential their talent deserved.
