We really need to find a proper finishing striker.

Here are the guaranteed wrong scores, Annan 1 - 1 Cowdenbeath. Hoping for an Annan win. Cove 3 - 0 Brechin. It's guess the number time for Cove. Edinburgh 2 - 1 Albion. Edinburgh not firing on all cylinders but enough for this one. Elgin 1 - 1 Stirling. A draw of any kind suits. Elgin are a nice moving team and Stirling away record is good. Stenhousemuir 0 - 2 QP. Spiders playing nice football and Stenny have looked a shambles this season. Any win will do.

Looking forward to seeing a goal scored from the bench. I feel sure Wullie Muir will have it covered.

I will be disappointed if we do not collect three points. I said at the beginning of the season that Stenny were Lowland League play off candidates. Whilst that may have been harsh they have not looked a coherent team against us this season. It may not be beyond the realms of possibility that we play Jamieson in defensive midfield. He looked handy there in an earlier game this season. I too thought Morrison was excellent last week and would be loathe to change him. He really looked as if he blended with Grant naturally. My prediction is 2-0 Queens but you could double that if Stenny play Burns against McLean.

He had a cracking game on Saturday when we played him in his correct position of central defender. Up until then we have been playing him in defensive midfield and he has done very well there. Hoping you might let us sign him for next season. Seems a really nice lad.

I'll take that. Thought we controlled the game throughout particularly the first half where our passing game was excellent. Thought Finnie had his best game for us today. We kept our shape in the second half and contained the game. I do hope that Slater and McLean substitutions were precautionary. More big ones coming up.

Yes, it is indeed a club policy. I promised not to reproduce on here exactly what was in the response as it was a genuinely honest response essentially describing a rock and a hard place situation and a fear of potential consequences. I asked if the club would be willing to review the policy on the strength of supporter feeling to identify a way forward balancing risk, likelihood and customer experience. I've not heard back on that. It would be nice if whatever they do going forward if everyone was treated equally. They obviously think there is less risk form a member who pays more money compared with the ruffian season ticket holders and lowly supporters. I can't say the frisk bothers me but the hypocrisy certainly does.

Not sure about loan but we can sign free agents if any are about. I agree we could do with another striker.

I have to agree with last two posts. Annan have been singularly unimpressive in our last two tussles and our defeats were more about us than them. If we can be sharper up front I would anticipate a win but we cannot take it for granted. Will Jamieson be back?

Brechin fought well for their point but our striking force was abysmal. Game should have been out of sight in first 30 minutes. For the next hour you just could not see either team scoring. I don't see Moore and Salim linking well at all. More work required. Long journey home.

Agree that Bell could have played for the strollers to give him game time. My criticism of Willie on six yard box performance goes back two seasons, not just one game. He just does not command this area. As you said he was not heard shouting for that ball. He should have been in my opinion. He slapped a cross against Cowdenbeath which resulted in them hitting the post and his performance against Kilmarnock was less than impressive in that area on at least two occasions. Admittedly these did not have any material difference on the game. As has been said he is a first class shot stopper and indeed has recently had some excellent game saving saves but in truth that is what a goalkeeper is there for. I feel his weaknesses could be coached out of him to a point but his natural instinct on a cross ball is caution. I would like to see him braver.

I have a feeling that whoever finishes in 10th place this season will retain their place in the playoffs. I do hope so. Kelty would be an absolute disaster with that ragbag of a manager and Brora would be inconvenient to say the least. If anyone had to progress I would take Bonnyrigg. I would like to think that we could miss them by winning the playoffs to go up.

Whilst I do hope Brechin stay up I wish them to start their great revival on Saturday. In honesty we have had two comfortable wins already this season and we rarely take maximum points against any team so I feel this will be a tighter game. Brechin have bolstered their defence but I don't see much venom in their attack. I will take any win but feel we may just have too much in our locker. 2-0 to Queens.

Excellent post. I think we can be well pleased with what has been achieved in a month. Cove have had two full seasons to develop a squad like they have. We were not that far behind them yesterday. We can't afford slip ups against the likes of Brechin and Annan. Last Friday I would have taken 6 points from our next three games. That is still achievable. Better to drop points against Cove who will probably beat our rivals in due course than to slip up against the lesser sides in the division. Concentration from the whistle must be applied at the beginning of both halves. Huge week coming up.

Goals direct from corners always down to the goalie. Big improvement from last trip and if we were to lose silly goals better to do it in this game than either of the next two. Cammy Bell must be a step closer to debut? I am sure we did not sign him to be a second choice.
