I think if the Liverpool player stands still then there’s no foul/offside for the goal but he’s deliberately moved to block the defender.

Ball to the byline and played across to the striker and a quick back post cross to the opposite winger and you get 2 goals, exactly like last season, shame it’s took Rodgers half a season to figure it out.
