  1. A place nobody wants to go to (Kilmarnock) on a pitch nobody wants to play on (astro guff) at a time nobody wants to play (midday on Sunday). Shows how much intelligence I possess that I have a ticket. 1-1 draw.
  2. That was as tough to take as the late collapse at home to Sevco last season. More controversial though with VAR missing a clear foul on McKenzie. Had the similarity of the subs changing the game unfortunately. Sometimes fans have been critical of Robsons reluctance to make subs, it’s a fine line that he hasn’t mastered yet but it’s still early days for him. Another good game for McKenzie though, delighted for the lad. Had a lot of doubters who are now hopefully supporting him.
  3. No matter what happens in games, we never ever let our club die.
  4. A tad ironic considering you are neither funny or incredible.
  5. I have been working today about 400 yards from Central Park and the rain hasn’t been that bad compared to other areas.
  6. Apart from the fact his mentality is about a century out of date, he could be a decent enough player.
  7. Imagine knowing that’s the truth for the rest of your life, but having to pretend it’s not true with bravado like ‘55’. Deep down the majority know it’s the truth, but there are a few so brainwashed they genuinely think it’s the same club.
  8. Just a tad irony there, considering the gulf between the new team and the other 10 of the top league.
  9. Incredible support selling out 1500 for Helsinki in winter in a matter of hours.
  10. Don’t expect fireworks on the night ?
  11. No idea how you can assess Rubezic on yesterdays performance. St Johnstone must be the most toothless team in the league by a distance.
  12. Incredibly disappointing result. St Johnstone the poorest opponent I have seen this season, and I include Stirling Albion in that. Very flat performance that slowly cranked up 2nd half to long periods of pressure inspired by the subs. Really should have scored a couple but it was 1 of those days where it just wasn’t happening in their box. Felt there should have been more changes to the team after Thursdays game and that the shape was too rigid and predictable for this game.
  13. Agree with most of this except that HJK scored out the blue. They were controlling the game and their change was inevitable. Unfortunately for us they took it.
  14. Partially agree about the necessity to be more attacking. However, the need to be tighter at the back is massive and it’s not all about attacking in the euro games. Patience and not being hung ho is required. The perfect example of this was the Hacken game where we did create plenty opportunities so it appeared we played well, but we were wide open defensively and got the tactics abit wrong.
  15. Shinnie was immense on Saturday. That’s as good as he can play. Here’s hoping for plenty more performances like that.
  16. The whole scenario of Sevco building a persona as staunch as possible, 100 per cent Protestant etc isn’t aimed at upsetting Aberdeen fans or any others apart from 1 set. It’s about building a huge rivalry based on other issues apart from football to guarantee the hordes continue to turn up and don’t get bored and stop going. Every week for them is based purely on hoping they get a better result than the other side. It should upset all fans though that a 13/14 year old boy is holding up a scarf like that at a football game. It shows what a sad upbringing the boy is getting if that’s classed as normal behaviour.
