Montrose can moan all they want about the second goal but their keeper should be saving that.I thought the keeper was at fault for both goals. He should never have gone for the cross ball in the first place. However, he did have a couple of good saves later on that kept us in the game. As for the foul prior to the second goal, that was ridiculous to let play go on after that. The keeper shouldn't have had a save to make. I never saw the "goal" incident so can't comment. On a better day, we might have got a draw. We've played worse and won games.

C'mon the Mo

Now free kicks for a slip. This referee is a joke.

Terrible refereeing again, in our favour this time
I didn't see the goal incident so can't comment but how that isn't a foul for the second goal is shocking.
By your comment, I assume you agree.

How’s the Mo keeper doing out of interest?
At fault for both goals in my opinion unfortunately

Got the fear for this one. We've lost all our loanees, our goalkeeper is suspended. Our backup keeper is in Australia. We have been leaking goals for fun and not scoring many. Relieved to say I'll be sitting this one out.
A sneaky 0-1

Thought he did pretty well, got involved and will hopefully fit in well
For a big lad he went down like a sack of tatties any time anyone brushed against him.
Peterheid looked a lot more like a team from the previous 2 meetings this season. They are probably too far behind most to secure safety but should have enough to overcome Clyde to avoid automatic relegation.

Big Not the finest game of football I've seen !!!
Could still be playing and it would still be 0-0. There was no clear cut chance at all in the game. Thought Mo were slightly the better team second half but, as said, never really looked like scoring. We haven't won in 7 games now and look like we've lost a lot of self-belief. Time for some hard work SP.

Just to make everyone aware, we are playing today.
Important game for us today to see if we can recapture our early season form.
Recent results have seen us slip to 6th in the table but we have been leaking goals for fun.
Losing the 2 Ross County lads will be a massive blow to our play-off chances. Hopefully, we have a couple of target loanees to replace them.
Be interesting to see what Davie Robertson brings to Peterheid but hopefully his improvement plans don't kick in until after todays game.I'll go for a 0-2 away win more in hope than anything else.

Be interesting to see the yellow card incident at the end in the highlights tonight or how it looked from the home fans down that end? Thought initially that Offord had lifted the ball over the keeper and then got cleaned out, so was a bit surprised to see the ref book Offord.
Would have been the softest of soft penalties had it been given but never really merited a yellow. I thought the ref was poor throughout and gave us very little all day.
To the actual match, 2 very poor teams today and no-one deserved to win. Kerr Waddle our outstanding player and Alloa #12 was their pick of the bunch.

No respite. We are away to Queens Park in the challenge cup. Might be an end to an era. Queens Parks last ever game at Hampden . Their new stadium is apparently almost ready

Heard a comment during our last away game that Montrose have won twice in the last 50 years away from home. Obviously we haven't been in the same leagues but a dreadful record. Not sure about home record.

Extremely nervous about this one. We've been dreadful the last few weeks and leaking goals for fun whereas Alloa seem to have hit a bit of form. Hopefully Dillon and Waddle are fit again to shore up the defence. At least we'll have our loanees back to boost the squad after last week's cup debacle.
I'll go for a very pessimistic 2-2 draw.

The defence has been horribly exposed without Dillon. Are we really relying on a 39 year old to hold the defence together.

We were very fortunate to snatch the points today. With 5 minutes to go we were all quite content to leave with a draw. Agyeman was a real handful all day. He gave our defence a real rough time.
All that said, 2 super goals at the end, both very well taken. As touched on, we are very lucky to have Ross Sinclair between the sticks. Surely a future Scotland keeper.

Nervously optimistic about tomorrow's trip. We've had a few good results (bar the Airdrie debacle) recently. Not conceding too many and scoring a few. NcKinnon & Wright finding their feet in L1 and RMcA always a threat.
A professional 2-0 away win.

Not a classic but three welcome points. Deserved winners over the piece.

It would be a terrific result if we are able to get a victory from this, bet on Montrose and BTTS at 11/2 so hopefully that bites myself on the ar*e and we can get 3 points and start kicking on.Betting on the opposition because it fecks up your coupon reeks of desperation. We've all done it. Mon the Mighty Mo

Took our 3 points too ya c***s!
Hey, the points are ours. You've got to earn them.

Feckin great 3 points for us today. Once again, Dillon and Waddle were immense. Dillo is like a fine wine, he gets better with age.
Pars had a lot of play but never looked like scoring. We made a couple of changes and boy, did it pay off.
Scant consolation to Pars fans, you took twice as many fans as Falkirk did. Feck the blue pound, we'll take the black one

I sincerely hope not as I want him to hear my political views.

An optimistic 3-2 home win.
CJ with the winner.

That last league game in 1987, an already relegated Montrose deprived Dunfermline from winning the title.

As unbelievable or hilarious as the non-foul prior to the second goal?
Everyone in the stadium seen that as a free kick apart from the tw@t with the whistle.
