AJPW wrestler Yutaka Yoshie has passed away suddenly aged 50 after falling ill post-match backstage at an AJPW show in Gunma on Sunday. His final match was an 11 minute tag match that went to completion & he wasn't involved in the ending which indicates the cause of death was an underlying issue possibly related to his weight as Yoshie had always been a larger wrestler generally around the 300lbs range. Yoshie started out with NJPW in 1994 where he stayed until 2006 notably winning the tag belts with Hiroshi Tanahashi. Post NJPW & freelance Yoshie worked primarily with AJPW but also worked in other promotions notably NOAH that was his primary promotion for two years & other promotions such as Diamond Ring, Zero1 & Dradition.

Shaftesbury were a short lived side from Patrick active between 1876-1878 & were named after Lord Shaftesbury who laid the foundations for the Lenzie (later Woodilee) hospital in 1871. The side played out of Ashton Park behind the Western Infirmary on University Avenue that was used by the awfully named City FC who sprung up not long after Shaftesbury folded themselves only lasting until 1881. No idea about any dustbins though.
