  1. You're correct...I came up with that on Sunday, while hungover.
  2. What do we think will happen this week, then? Wins for us and St J would see us avoid 12th, which seems mental. I reckon we'll draw and RC will beat the Fermers, leaving us to hope they also go on to beat Killie, need us to win at Motherwell to get the playoff spot. We're fucked...
  3. I think 37 points will get 11th. 2 wins from 3 for us required. (United). Two away games...We're f*cked
  4. Can we close this thread please? It's only a matter of weeks before we need the next one.
  5. Scott Burns (who clearly still has an inside source) said there were passport issues that have been resolved and he should be in the building next week.
  6. Is it worse to have someone in charge who thinks they know what they are doing or someone that has no idea what they are doing?
  7. I can only rehash what I've read on forums so it could be complete BS but it sounds as though he's been a self-styled football expert and has been sticking his nose in where it wasn't wanted.
  8. From a fan's point of view, with no inside knowledge at all, I get the impression the infrastructure is in a better place than when Levein came in previously. It's certainly in a better place than when ST sold up. The Ogrens/Asghar are due some credit for that. Clearly, it's on the park we are a shambles. It wasn't obvious initially due to almost imperceptible improvements under Neilson, Mellon, and Courts but the stucture implemented by TA has failed. I suspect that's down to personalities rather than organisation. TA has taken a lot of the heat but now Scott Ogren's influence has emerged as a factor too. The above managers all left and we don't really know why. All were getting results (if not performances). It's no wonder certain players felt they could have influence if they felt the Head Coach wasn't in full control. The most important part of United's most recent statement is this - "a revamped structure within the Football Department." Hopefully this means experienced football people running things and all parties crystal clear on who is boss.
  9. Scott Burns will probably be the only person disappointed that TA has gone...
  10. So are Livi and St. Johnstone and they both beat us without too much bother
  11. A bit early for this. Match isn't until Thursday 17th of November according to the thread title.
  12. All quiet on the new manager front... They're either following due process or clueless as to what to do next!
  13. Pretty comfortable in the end and could've nicked it at the death. Motherwell looked poor in the second half.
  14. The desperation from BNBs (and others) for United to fail is palpable. What did we ever do to you?
