Couldn't agree more. Thought when we signed him that he'd be a back up but he's one of the first names on the teamsheet. Gary Miller is another one. I felt he was an uninspiring signing when we got him, but recognised that he'd provide good cover, however, since M&M have came in he's became a huge player for us.

I wonder what the issue is with Tidser. McKinnon bombed him out the team without any real justification and now M&M are letting him go without giving him a chance to prove himself. Regarding Da Vita, I've seen him described as a midfielder but also a forward. I wonder if he's being signed to play as an attacking midfielder since that's what we seem to be lacking. It certainly doesn't make any sense to sign another striker.

Conte won the league with Chelsea by playing that formation. We are missing the creative player in midfield to link up play and we always end up with 2 of the three midfielders sitting deeper as they both want to pick the ball up off the defence.

Having Doyle and Durnan playing on the same side of defence is brutal. They make basic mistakes several times a game and I worry any time they are on the ball in our half.

McCracken has the benefit of having been a club captain and has first team coaching experience. I was surprised when a lot of people thought it would be Miller who would be leading
