Injuries may certainly dictate the exact lineup.
Really did seem that DYwas reading here last week between your team selection and BPs desire to get lewis Milne benched.
I'd personally be willing to sacrifice a striker for a midfielder but unlikely DY does that at home

Hoping Stirling are well rested for this fixture.
Yawn.....
Plenty rested after our Saturday stroll thanks.

I don't like Scouse at right back. He's neither good enough in possession or with his distribution to play there. He looks like a centre half playing full back.......unsurprisingly.
I'd start same 4 in midfield but would definitely consider starting cooper off Carrick rather than hilson or spence.
This will be a very different game to Saturday where we won't have as much of the ball and an extra midfielder might help.
Hamiltons form should give us some confidence. A draw and an increase of the gap to Annan and going above QOS would be a great result.

This is the sort of squad depth I'd hoped we would start the season with.
Mcpake certainly looked like he could be a really useful addition today.

Started off very sloppy snd scrappy and shape was all over the place.
Settled as the first half went on and we were worthy or our half time lead.
Crane was excellent and formed a good partnership with leitch. Both wingers had the beating of their men constantly but were very wasteful with the final ball.
Sending off gave us a chance to play some nice stuff even if we were guilty of trying walk it in at timed
Looked a red to me. Reckless and dangerous.

Darren Young going full lineup blender.
Interesting
Lovely afternoon for it

ve done some more work on tactics and will have the magnetic white board at The Peak at 1pm tomorrow Darren if there's anything you want to discuss. What's happened to Bird? I know he was on the bench last week but given our calamitous defending could be worth some minutes? Bench will be interesting if McPake is fit.
.loving this..
I see Banner as more Mctominay lite than Makelele. Davo would ve our closest to him.
My brothers been calling our Jack grealish for about a year now as well.
I'd be happy with that line up

Must win.
Home game against worst team in the league......you simply have to win those.
With Annan having a few decent results lately it makes it all the more important.
Same starting lineup as last week?

This is the thing with playing 5 attacking players every week
Other than the back 4, who can put in a tackle?
In Ross Davidsons absence,we're using Kyle Banner as a defensive midfielder and he plays the role as best he can but it's a lot to ask of one player. I also think he's probably better as an 8 than a 4.
If Cammy Clark was playing better then I think the callum crane in midfield experiment might happen again.
Today was unusual in sacrificing one of the strikers but its still 4 attacking midfield players. In league 2 it allowed us to dominate most games but we have a lot less of the ball this season.
Sometimes personnel and style of play has to adapt to the situation you are in. I love Darren Young but I do feel he's incredibly stubborn at times.

Good to see some changes further forward.
Let's see how it works out.
Only took 12 minutes for them to make an impact.

Aiden Smith is now Mulletless.
About time.
I hope his powers diminished with the loss of mullet.
Hopefully we can get something today.
SA45's team sheet and tactics should do it.

I can't deny I'm worried about this game.
We never seem to play well against Annan.
Goss always seems to have the measure of our defence both in the air and on fhe ground.
If we come back with a draw I'll be happy.
Can't make it down today. My brother has somehow talked his wife into making the trip with him.

It was an utterly weird thing to watch last season. Before Xmas I thought we might be able to make a title race but as the season went on it swung our way far quicker than I'd thought possible.
The heart and desire seemed to go out of your team and the approach seemed very passive.
It reminded me of some of our previous teams who'd flatter to deceive for short periods before reverting to type and disappointing again.
If i was a supporter I'd want Farrell out.
It must be torture watching the same pattern being repeated

Would love to hear how Darren manages the challenges of getting his game plan and organisation done with the limitations of part time football.
A couple of training sessions a week isn't a lot to get the ideas across.
Be interested when this comes out.

If its the same team again I'll be banging my head off the wall.
I can't see Leitch being dropped anyway.
Replace the full backs for sure. Clark is out of form and Cummins isn't a right back.
I'd like to see some sort of a change further up the park too

Cooper for leitch as well

Can't make it along tonight but if we continue recent form then hopefully we do enough to take something tonight.
Nice to have selection dilemmas. That's a luxury we've rarely had.

Reminded me of the last home game against Queen of the south where first half performance might have brought more goals.
Second a bit more even. Plenty entertainment at times.
Thought that linesman had a shocker and spent the first half watching Dale Hilson get bullied multiple times before he eventually.got a free kick to ironic cheers.
Carrick was excellent. Won a few balls chasing players down and was an absolute nuisance.
Bit disappointed overall. We should have won at least one of those 2 -2 draws with Cove.

Just back from the sunshine and looking forward to this. Same as last week please.
Josh Cooper might just have done enough to earn a start.. .

I do love what leitch brings and I agree there's no lack of effort there.
Genuinely delighted to see him back as well as his injury had looked like it could have been a bad one.
I've thought in the past few games we were starting to see the Dale Hilson we expected so let's hope that continues.

yesterday shows the contrast of the squad from earlier in the season. It was only a month or so ago where Darren probably looked at his bench and saw a bunch of Development Squad players that just weren’t ready, or just not good enough for the jump. Now, he has a host of quality players to call on that he knows will make an impact going forward or to shut up shop, which is great to see.
I thought that too when I looked at the bench. I couldn't remember the last time we had 16 players named who were all of a quality to play.
Leitch is what he is. He's got some quality on the ball particularly from set pieces but I've always thought he could be a defensive liability.
I too think Cooper has been about the best attacking threat all season.
Definitely a selection dilemma for next week.
