  1. No, what I found hilarious was you contending with named UK very very well qualified public health professionals with multiple relevant qualifications using.... The Malaysian government. I still do find that Brexit like refusal to listen to actual experts amusing.
  2. Why do you use the UK and not Germany in your posts? Are Germany recklessly winging it too? Have they attracted the ire of the true experts who we all know are Malaysian?
  3. Ireland still going horse racing. Germany has the same provisions as us. Where this ludicrous 'OMG only the UK are just doing nothing ' rhetoric has come from i have no idea. Or the laughable suggestion that we would have done nothing if erm France hadn't guilted us into it? Lol.
  4. The timing of this shutdown could not have been better
  5. Careers. Can be ruined or made depending on whether you hitch on to the right person. Look at Osborne . Cameron 's right hand man. Punted to a newspaper role minutes after May took over.
  6. I see we're onto the Essex region of the Naughty Nurses section
  7. Is there any possibility of a civil case?
  8. I think this crisis brings out the best of Nicola. Shes an excellent communicator, authoritative. Id say its more the mundane day to day shit she struggles with a bit
  9. I'm an indy supporter too..though not a card carrying SNP member. I also know zero about the internal party stuff. I was always a Salmond fan boy really. I liked the swagger. I appreciated the arrogance and the way he swatted aside interviewers and shitey Labour rivals. I'm just disappointed he's turned out to be a lecherous old b*****d. Maybe that's a bit maude flanders but so be it. Salmond is indeed innocent of the criminal charges. Via a fair trial. Whether you think his reputation is ruined depends on how you thing men in positions of power should behave towards women.
  10. To get back to the topic at hand, Madonna, can anyone pinpoint the exact point when she went from 'absolutely wid', to 'not with a Fifer's'? I seem to remember some coffee table book that might have been the tipping point?
  11. But I work in Sports Direct...im an essential worker
  12. Just got a text from UK GOV telling me to stay at home. Which of you lot grassed me up?
  13. I mentioned it cunto. Square go. (Via Microsoft Teams)
  14. I could see that here.. 'Mum...stay with me..don't walk into the light..please 'Son..cough..hows..splutter..the FTSE100 index..wheeze..doing today? Look after.. rasp..Philip Green's dividends for me'
  15. Especially when people start using The Sun for bogroll
  16. This is exactly it. Its not intended to be policed. We'd need another million officers to have any shot at that. Its encouraging people to go out less, which it will. Even just reducing the number of businesses open further will have a huge difference. And stopping those virus trains with packed people. Its all just an odds thing. The news from Italy is really encouraging. I dont think this will last for a huge amount of time. Maybe 4-6 weeks tops.
  17. My missus went to thr hairdresser last week. Bird cutting her hair said her and the weans were unaffected by Covid as they all got it in November. Ummm...maybe..aye, sound.
  18. I'm not sure what he'd want at this stage. He has his proxy in Joanna Cherry and I'm sure she has her own ambitions. Could he realistically want to be FM again? Maybe, I don't know. Or would his 'revenge' be complete by elbowing Nicola out and pushing cherry forward? Interesting times if nothing else.. maybe gives the movement a chance to have a 'where do we want to go?' debate around the leadership. And Nicola will see that challenge off with ease if she chooses to.
  19. This is a dumb take. There's no absolute right to 'believe women' in court. That's one of the mental overreaches Me Too tried. Well except when that was inconvenient with the likes of Juanita Broaddrick, the loonball who has been accusing Bill Clinton of all sorts for decades. Women lie as much as men do.
  20. Frozen is my number 2. I'm going right old school and La Isla Bonita for 3
  21. Tone was different - Wee Nic used the lockdown word several times - Boris didn't. But stated the exact same measures.
  22. Didn't really see the point of the Scottish version of that. Other than the funerals clarification.
