  1. Aye, hard one to dislike Exeter, seem to have built something slowly but steadily. As much as they love a pushover try they play some lovely stuff at times Plus Hogg and Gray obvz. Hard to like as well though with the "sorry if you're offended" approach to their cringeworthy native American cliches
  2. Owens' interpretation of breakdown laws changes the closer you get to your own line. Desperate to have a dramatic try line turnover moment
  3. Nige does that constantly, it was the same for the Exeter turnover in the other corner, before taking it back for the deliberate knock on
  4. Great from shc there, came in from almost a 90 degree angle mind you but you take the risk
  5. You can take your bogus persecution complex back to the relevant forum now Pet
  6. This is the quickest face turn from ripping the piss to scrambling about in an absolute rage I have ever seen.
  7. Haha it wouldn't autopopulate and I couldn't work it out. Was missing the '.'
  8. In spite of the Dees losing 6-2, somehow the most amusing thing about their match thread is the number of Jambos posted missing or resigning in about mid March suddenly popping back up. That and Dele offering any st Mirren fan he can find £50 to bet Hearts would beat them too
  9. Haha I was more meaning stuff like Gavin and Stacey but fair play
  10. I think there's also the valuable programmes that appeal to the "kids and terminally knackered parents" demographic. There's stuff we used to watch as a family when I was young that we all thought was hilarious but now find almost unwatchable.
  11. It's a bit off to ask people why they don't like Miranda. If its purpose as a sitcom is to be funny and you don't find it funny then that is all the justification required surely. I've watched a few episodes when at family's house and just not found it amusing. If I had to try and specify - the characters are ridiculously broadly drawn, I found it quite mawkish, and I didn't think the writing was up to much and could have come straight out of an inoffensive 70s sitcom. I do think there is a strong reaction when something you don't like seems to be a bit of a sensation though. I saw there was some celebration of its ten year anniversary last year being broadcast from the albert hall or something, which annoyed me a bit until I realised that was an irrational feeling. It's like when people talk about how amazing OFAH was and I am genuinely perplexed
  12. This keemstar bloke seems an absolute melt as well
  13. Then they look at bench and see Paul Hanlon. Off the charts depth
  14. If he doesn't get on here then my prediction from c.2010 that Paul Hanlon was a "future Scotland captain" may not be accurate
  15. There's a lot to improve, the balance in midfield and settling on who the back 3 is gonna be long term are the big areas for me, but we're obviously a lot better organised and we have a forward pairing that works well together, with McBurnie and Griffiths pretty good like for like replacements for Dykes and Fraser. Looks like there's a genuine plan for the first time in a while
