  1. Hopefully be up soon to catch a game or 2 It's looking like another great end of the season... while we wait to see if Loch Ness implode again
  2. Have Athletic got Ferry Brae permenatly now? It's always had potential for a club so set roots there just remember, NO SWEARING! Perfectly good ground still sitting in Muir doing not much is a shame though
  3. Largs Thistle 3-0 Cambuslang Rangers Cumnock Juniors 3-2 Arthurlie Gartcairn 1-2 St. Cadoc’s Yoker Athletic 3-1 Maryhill Vale of Clyde 2-2 Lesmahagow Juniors Rossvale Academy 0-2 Harmony Row
  4. Kirkintilloch Rob Roy 2 - 2 Hurlford United Pollok 3 - 2 Petershill Thorniewood United 2 - 0 Benburb Wishaw 1 - 4 Craigmark Burntonians Royal Albert 0 - 3 Dalry Thistle St. Peter’s 1 - 1 Thorn Athletic
  5. That's where the argument fell down. You can't slag off refs when you're throwing apostrophes into plurals... Anyway, I bet the OP would be better than Collina if he ever bothered to try
  6. Darvel 3 v 1 Kirkintilloch Rob Roy Arthurlie 2 v 3 Kilwinning Rangers (WoSFL Cup) Neilston 2 v 2 Johnstone Burgh Ardeer Thistle 4 v 1 Greenock Juniors Lanark United 3 v 0 Bellshill Athletic Easterhouse FA 2 v 1 Rossvale Academy
  7. I've not hit a thing all season, usually get a couple by now. Port Glasgow screwed me out a big one a couple of weeks ago and I've been in a huff since with it!
  8. Hurlford United 3 - 1 Cambuslang Rangers Pollok 4 - 0 Irvine Meadow XI St. Roch’s 1 - 3 St Cadoc’s Craigmark Burntonians 3 - 1 St. Anthony’s Port Glasgow Juniors 0 - 2 Irvine Victoria Harmony Row 2 - 2 Thorn Athletic
  9. Just scrap the LL and expand L2... 18 teams in L2 (so a bit more secure) with 3 automatic relegations (so it isn't), the winners of the HL, EoS prem and WoS prem all go up Then a 4 way Playoff with the winners of SOS and the 2nd placed teams in EoS, WoS and HL with the winner playing 4th bottom of L2 for the final place. Top few teams of the current LL can go up now and the other can go into their relevant regional leagues but still at tier 5
  10. Agreed, the real 3rd team of the City
  11. Tweedmouth have been brilliant from day 1. Took a few hiding but never changed from the plan and made themselves a good wee team that can hold their own. Can't see them rising too much further but they've found a decent level and they definitely add to the party
  12. One of the statements we were all told when the first arrived was “they would NOT affect the league championship and/or relegation”… Well, they clearly do!
  13. Not really tbh, just took the bait, and it was posted in this section of the forum. Would Lochburn passed a licensing inspection now? Or was there a bit of leeway shown back then too
  14. Auchinleck Talbot 2-3 Darvel Kirkintilloch Rob Roy 1-1 Arthurlie Blantyre Victoria 1-3 Troon Maybole Juniors 0-2 Larkhall Thistle Shotts Bon Accord 0-3 Beith Juniors Bellshill 1-2 Maryhill
  15. Christ almighty! The Highland league really don't like newbies in their wee league don't they Seriously though, the rules are in black and white. I just can't believe the penalties got so severe before anyone noticed. There's very clear processes in how a 'trailist' is marked on every official teamsheet, so no chance of using this loophole either
  16. BSC Glasgow and the Lowland League was always just a backhanded plan into getting the OF Colts into the leagues from day 1. You just need to look at where the money is coming from. Lochburn was never up to licensing standard in the first place, the 'agreement to play there was dodgy from the start and any other club would've got told to bolt... Now they get shameless plugs from every ex-pro on the BBC mentioning them at every opportunity
  17. Were the whole of Tain out on a stag do or something?
  18. I was thinking the same! Also plenty of potential banging local games for Dunipace too. Who would've thought that a few years ago
