Ralston or Ramsay have to be in ahead of Patterson. Welsh should definitely be in the squad. We’re crying out for proper CB’s. Especially young ones. f**k knows what we do with the goalie situation.

Robertson is never a captain. The team badly needs a leader out there to stop them completely crumbling under the slightest bit of pressure. When Tierney is fit I would try him in a back 3 with McTominay and another. The CB choices are fucking awful but at least Tierney and McTominay would give us some sort of athleticism and composure on the ball at the back letting us play higher up the park(doubt we’ll actually ever try and play football and a high line though with Clarke in charge).

Embarrassing performance. Parking the the bus at home to a bang average side. At international football you need to be able to keep possession under pressure and that will never happen as long as we play people like McGinn and McTominay ahead of the likes of Christie.

The desperation some Scotland fans have for Tierney to fail is bizarre.

Poor performance but I think we lose that under McLeish. Still think we’re only a few players away from a decent team, unfortunately they seem to be in the key positions, but we need to get the midfield sorted. McGinn isn’t good enough for this level and constantly gets caught out either on the ball turning down blind alleys or diving in trying to kick the ball and getting turned leaving the defence exposed. Think a midfield of McTominay, McGregor and Christie would probably be our best options just now. We badly need to find a centre back and a striker from somewhere.

Delighted to see the likes of Johnston and Henderson playing yesterday. Two players who should have massive futures with us.Dembele making his debut at 16 and lifting the whole stadium was something else. We really need to get a manager who’s doing to trust the youth and develop them. Everyone will be talking about Dembele but I thought the 16 year old he was up against had an outstanding game. Was shocking management from Levein leaving Hickey on though. He could barely walk after 60 minutes. All in all a cracking day even if the first half was awful again. Fair play to Lennon stepping up but he’s simply nowhere near good enough.
