  1. Don't know how Stuart Malcolm will set up his team tomorrow but could go something like this: McCallum Meechan, Travis, Whyte, Bain Mackintosh, Robertson, Kirkpatrick, Tapping Coupe, Hilson Murray and Callum did alright on Saturday so I'd let them start again. We lost structure and composure when Scott Robertson came off, and young Connor would be really effective against Raith, so he can cause chaos allowing Dale to find an opening and score. As for the defence can't really change much there maybe Burns for Bain, but I like Jamie's desire so I'd start him.
  2. Basically Malcolm has to fix the defence, the midfield and the attack! Easy, right? Only thing that isn't broken is the goalkeeper, but even then McCallum is nowhere near performing as well as he was last season, still probably the best keeper in the league.
  3. I was on that coach. Some of the lads sneaked on some alcohol, (despite most of them probably under 18) and when told to hand over the rest they said they didn't have any. Only for the driver to find more alcohol in a bag that was left on the bus during the match. They also said that the other fans on the bus weren't fans because they don't sing songs, and just moan. David McGregor gave them a telling off when we all arrived at the stadium. Me, personally, like the young lads they do create an atmosphere at games but they were idiots yesterday and took it too far.
  4. Not high hopes at all for Tuesday. We never win at Stark's Park and we're in wretched form. I predict a very comfortable win for Raith despite lacking some creativity, and Baird will come on as a sub and score a late goal, due to a defensive mixup. Hope Coupe starts as his pace could scare Raith's centre halves.
  5. I agree. Raith is a free hit, the Peterhead game though, a must win! Be interesting what signings Malks will make in January. Can't see him extending our loanees, they've all been pretty useless.
  6. Defence failed to clear their lines for leading to a corner, after Dumbarton scored that corner, the players heads dropped and it was game over.
  7. Close game in the cup. Could go either way, or even stay a draw. Tapping is having his best game in a while. Murray is doing well on the wings.
  8. Good to see Jacko back, very interesting on how quick he recovered. So is Matty Aitken back at the club or was it just for training? Thought his loan at Elgin was until mid January.
  9. As long as he does permanently emigrate to Australia at the end of the season then Loons fans won't be too harsh on him, kind of wish he signed with us though, especially as it was at the same time as Hilly, Jacko & Currie's injury. He'd be playing 90 minutes every week for us rather than an impact sub like he is at Kirkcaldy.
  10. Well if there were any exciting young prospects at Dundee there career is about to be ruined, suppose at least he's not a manager, maybe coaching will be better for him.
  11. Matty's loan spell is supposed to end early January according to transfermkt. I'd rather have Matty back in January and get rid of Rory Currie and the walking bean pole from Montrose. Although none of them have been particularly good of late. When is Jacko meant to be back?
  12. Sacking Sellars & hiring Smith was the point he lost the dressing room I reckon, especially since Barry Smith relegated half our squad last season, and they wanted to get away from him!
  13. Maybe Hilly could do with some dietary advice, looked a bit pudgy at Montrose on Saturday.
