  1. Aye, strange stuff. The one that I really don’t understand was them not starting Grimshaw. Every time he played against us he nullified Edwards and could be a typically top end championship player that gets those around him playing better. Seeing him on the bench when the teams came out made me think it might just be our night.
  2. One of the best things about watching it on Paramount plus here in the US, is they cut off all the pre game and half time pish. Tremendous stuff
  3. It’s always the fans who suffer when those entrusted to run our clubs are negligent.
  4. Airdrie to be 2-0 up then a floodlight failure leading to abandonment on 59 minutes would be absolute box office.
  5. Nah, wet dreams are us making the playoffs and knocking them out of them.
  6. I’m only doing it to get as far away from you and @Stellaboz as I can.
  7. Hoi! I was over here when Queens Park scudded us 3-0 so that theory went there and then Although since that one blip, undefeated….
  8. Never said it was acceptable. But you have to dig under the headlines for the detail - and as Callum summarises, very hard to get true detail. This was always going to be the case selling shares to investors who then control the club, we don’t have the same insights as previous when it comes to pouring over figures. If GmbH don’t want to disclose detail, then they don’t have to. They will soon own 80% of the club, and it’s their baby at that point.
  9. Had a look at the accounts there. Still £700k cash in bank though I’d want to know more about who the “other creditors” are at £500k. Not surprised at the loss figure it’s pretty much what has been touted around. Does hammer home to anyone in doubt about how essential not getting relegated is.
  10. We had 72 last year. That’ll include all the ticket and hospitality staff as well, basically anyone on the payroll from the club.
  11. 2 weeks ago you were saying Holmes should start as he had something about him. Let’s not write him off completely just yet.
  12. And as for tonight, we need to capitalise on Friday and win again. Draw isn’t enough to really give us momentum sorely needed.
  13. Lewis McCann is a complete confidence player. If he was to believe more in himself and not take criticism so to heart, he’d be twice the player. Over the last few seasons either injury or shit management have knocked him sideways. Without the injuries to others this season, very likely he’d be on the left of a front three and doing very well with other stronger players round him. Stick him up front on his own isolated and he’ll struggle, see majority of the games under Hughes for proof of that. I feel sorry for him because I suspect (like others) to get the best for him he needs a move. Fresh start. When younger the club should have loaned him out but seemed to hold him back from that. That lack of experience elsewhere has hurt his career in my opinion. There’s a very good player in there.
  14. McCann on the left pls, that’s where I think he can do his best work. Cutting in onto his right, and having a go.
  15. Don’t care how badly they played, they beat you. Winning games is something we need to do regardless of how we play.
  16. lol apology accepted, I wasn’t being serious at first obv so I was like wtf. anyways, Ashcroft - Booo Raith Rovers - boooooo Our board …
  17. Don’t forget the promotion bonus he got for last season. Another ivory backscratcher.
  18. Would have signed by now if we weren’t paying our CEO £6k a week.
  19. How would that work if he’s coming on loan and the clubs have agreed?
