  1. Thought the Tifo was excellent yesterday and the atmosphere from start to finish was superb, South Stand was rocking and we could even hear singing breaking out from the Main Stand. There is such a great spirit around TFS now and it finally feels like our proper home. Players and management team have been brilliant and yet again I have to say a special mention to the Ultras who have transformed the full match day experience, I just wish I was 40 years younger.
  2. Well that will ding dang do for me, couldn’t give a shite how we won it, we won it. If anything that second half underlined the big cahoonas that this squad has, gladiators the fucking lot of them. Support was immense, the Ultras deserve an award at the end of this season. I can hear the calling of a Grangemouth Railway Club pint or ten, will taste oh so sweet tonight. Thank you John McGlynn and the players, I love the lot of you
  3. Plus there will be a lot of camaraderie and good feeling built up within the management team and squad.
  4. I think if we do go up there wouldn’t be wholesale changes. I could see maybe 6/7 new players coming in. A new keeper with Nicky as back up, another striker or two. I would honestly consider keeping Shanley and if we could get Tait and Ross then another 2 or 3 tops would do. I don’t think there would be that many departures either. Morrison if the rumours are true, I think the likes of Ola, Jordan Allan, McGinn would be gone and possibly Sean Mackie. Other than that I think the rest could do a job and if they aren’t starting 11’s be squad players.
  5. Come on boys get this done today. Don’t want another season of looking over to the North and seeing three men and a dug. This is the time for those in navy blue to shine and be heroes. Do it for yourself, do it for us, do it for all the poor Bairns fans who have passed away whilst we were still in this cesspit of a league without being given the chance of seeing us promoted, just do it COME ON YE FUCKING BAIRNS
  6. Over 5000 Bairns for what is probably our biggest game in 4/5 years, please Falkirk don’t f**k this up, let’s get this done COYB
  7. Part of the reason I don’t do social media, way too many lunatics have access to it. I am all from friendly banter, which I know can sometimes get heated but that’s part and parcel of football. Unfortunately some people think that if folk do podcasts etc it makes them fair game, like they think it’s alright to shout anything they like at players and are surprised when players bark back at them. There is a line that shouldn’t be crossed and threatening to kidnap someone’s child is most definitely that line. As could be seen after the TNS game we have some zoomers in our fan base, hopefully when they grow up they will regret and be embarrassed by their actions. I am sure most Falkirk fans would feel the same.
  8. Hope everyone gets there early and does what’s been asked, a lot of time and effort will have gone into this and they deserve us all to participate.
  9. I used to laugh going into the Rec’s that stewards/police wouldn’t allow a plastic bottle of juice but there was big lumps of concrete lying about the terracing.
  10. Yeah and we can’t hear the bloody TV in Grangemouth
  11. Definitely, it’s all just banter. Think us Falkirk fans have developed thicker skin than most after 5 seasons of piss taking from other fans. Give it a few more years in League One and the Accies fans will be up to speed.
  12. Brilliant photo pal, though I can’t understand why you would swap the beautiful weather here for Portugal
  13. I always thought they belonged to Tamfourhill. Really when you think about it apart from the big hoose in Cally Park, Falkirk has feck all. Doesn’t even have a football team, unlike its neighbour Grangemouth
  14. Yeah, there is no shame with these Falkirk fuckers, they would even try to steal our Kelpies from under our noses.
  15. I think Hamilton will be in the north. I might be wrong but my understanding is section H isn’t getting sold as a result of what happened pre-match at NDP and after TNS. Could be wrong though.
  16. I agree with this totally. We are in a good place just now going into a huge game/weekend and it’s not something to focus on. Callumn will be a free agent and has been a good servant to us and is free to do what he wants. The story isn’t coming from him so it’s not worrying me too much. As I said before if he goes, he goes, we move on. If he continues to perform and gets the goals/assists to get us up then good luck to him. We as a support should just focus on what needs done to get us up. Its probably that bampot at Accies leaking shite to try and unnerve us all
  17. If he goes, he goes. We move on, I’m sure the management team will already be looking at signing options for the summer whatever league we are in.
  18. If I couldn’t make games, I’d even be happy to donate my ST’s in the KM to fans who for whatever reason can’t afford to attend games at the moment. If the club could set up some way of doing this it would be good as better they get used than empty seats.
  19. That is pretty grim and just goes to show how poorly your club has been run. I’m old enough to remember going to the old Douglas Park and games where Hamilton had decent supports. We can’t fault our current board in their efforts to attract new fans, sponsorship, increase revenue etc etc. Even down to the introduction of the Ultras, we are hearing stories of youngsters coming to us instead of following the ugly sisters which has to be a good thing. The fact Motherwell are trying to tap into youngsters who could be going to NDP and your board are standing by and letting it happen is a disgrace.
  20. If we do win the league and you get into the play offs you will have my best wishes, especially if you come up against that manky mob from across the Forth.
  21. As I said earlier you and other Accies fans will know what’s going on a lot more than we will. I just wonder if there will be an appetite within your board to punt him when you are still in the hunt. I also think you have been unlucky with injuries to key players.
  22. I’m not defending Rankin, I couldn’t give a shit if you sacked him. No good having a massive squad, as we have also had in the past if the replacements are not up to the job. Again I think you are falling into the same trap we did for years of thinking, just because you have a big full time squad you should be dispatching opposition easily and it just doesn’t work like that down here.
  23. You have been unlucky with injuries, with your captain and keeper getting injured against us. Benedictus was a massive player for the Pars last season and played most of their games, touch wood we have had the same fortune this season with Big Tam Lang who has been the glue in our squad both in holding us together and bringing Coll on to a different level. McGlynn’s got his recruitment spot on this season though, Miller, Spencer, McIver, Lang have all enhanced our squad so much and even Tait, Shanley, Agyeman, Oliver etc are all capable of coming of the bench and doing a job. As BPM alluded to we have sacrificed quantity for quality and if you can avoid injury to key players, it’s the way to go.
  24. I would gladly take a 1-0 win with a scabby own goal in injury time
