Can't find it online to post here but there's a bit in today's Standard about the 50k. Doesn't sound like we've received it yet but the payments are sent out quickly once signed.

I recently found out there's usually a mute/ignore button on these social media sites. Maybe try that rather than having a dig about advertising at people who do outstanding work for the club and fans.

Wonder why it never seems to work out that wayIt would more than likely have to be a fan. Someone who supports the club and is happy enough to put in money without wanting/expecting to make much or anything back.
Even if it was just an amount to boost finances for a season would be great.

Yep only those who purchase season tickets will have access to a live stream. If crowds aren't back at football stadiums by the time the season starts then this is the route most clubs are going down.

I'm guessing for the tanner fund to pay for 1 player for a season would cost 15k plus? Will we get an update how much has been raised at any point? I only ask because If I'm paying X amount direct debit every month it would be interesting to know.

Well said. There was only so much I could read about the club online and like you, value the opinions and knowledge of my fellow supporters. Trying to give this a go as I don't get to games anymore unfortunately so when the football does start back up I'd like to hear about the game from fans and hear their different thoughts. Why that was questioned is beyond me.
I've had a good read and I think once we have more to talk about then some of the nonsense will stop. I dont know why some people are reluctant to talk about football on a football forum. Wether that be pure speculation or not.
As for speculation, how about Willie Gibson next season? (I did ask a football related question about the reserves but no one has got back to me about that yet.) He's still at the club as far as I'm aware and he's still really fit. Maybe an idea if players are hard to come by when we start again.

Would have Hooper back in a heartbeat.
Tommy has just signed for Stenny, hopefully he keeps improving and ends up us in the near future.
I see Dalbeattie Star have re-signed Dan Orsi, that boy had bags of potential when he was with us, but sadly was never the same after he broke his leg.
Out of interest - anyone know who it was that snapped him?
