Had the Koln v Schalke game on tv while i've been busy around the house late this afternoon.
Needless to say I've missed a disallowed goal, 4 goals and a red card. Happens every time

Reading a lot of the comments re Nesbitt, Morrison and McGuffie with interest and wanted to add that two 10 year old kids in my street were positive in their views last week that Nesbitt should have been subbed first and couldnt work out how he stayed on so long. Their main comment about Nesbitt was he moves his feet quickly but doesnt actually do anything.
I'd also add that the Montrose game was the second game they had been at, the first game was the Hibs game.
They're 10 and can see Nesbitt's terrible

Relax guys. You’re playing Peterhead next week. You can’t fail to score against us. Banker home win.
Aye but if you score first the game's over. You at least scored two yesterday, we don't look like scoring at all.

I've made the mistake of thinking we are better than we really are. Having been at the Stranraer, Hibs and Montrose matches I thought that while we were defensively sound, there was nothing up top but I fancied our chances of nicking a lot of 1-0 wins but at the same time assuming that we will struggle to get a goal back of we went 1 down.
There's obviously a lot more work to be done than I thought. I can't see us being near promotion at all now if we can't score and can't get anything from the better teams in the division

I've been more passive in the past, but whoever starts slating players and manager again after this is nothing short of f**king eejit.
We've had hypothetically good players and managers and everyone that touched this club in recent years turned to shite. We are/were rotten at the core. The only way forward is stability, do NOT dare start another full-squad turnover in January/June.
Get behind the boys
They deserve our support

Charity doorsteppers launching into a big scripted spiel.
Also when they try to give it "its only a tiny amount of your household budget" and "loads of your neighbours have been so generous today"I had one of those at the door a few months back. Made the mistake of letting the chat go on too long and rather than simply saying no, I signed up somebody of a different name with my old bank details to a Standing Order

Why, because i think the game standard is awful??? Aye ok woke warrior.
Football is a game that can be played and enjoyed by everybody regardless of ability.
Sure some of the quality was poor but then there are rank rotten games in the EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga every week. Give me a game like last night than a game between two male sides who spend more time rolling about the ground and moaning at the ref than actually playing football anyday

Told you there would be a head's gone on here tonight.
You guys have been banging on for years about wanting the 1966 talk to stop.
And tonight it has been ended. But you're still not happy. Can't think why.
Anybody thinking the 1966 chat will stop is deluded.

Acht, fair play to England. They took their chances and defended set pieces, Germany didnt.
That's the Coach and Team of the year decided for the SPOTY

Our defence is very strong and Henderson is still to come in which will make it even stronger.
Sort the front four positions and we will be decent IMO.Henderson will presumably replace Hetherington?

Can't argue with people's views on today. Defensively we were sound with the only issues being the collision between PJ Morrison and Donaldson in the first half that could have cost us and what looked like a sclaff wide in the second half following a Montrose corner.
Going forward we have next to nothing. Oliver worked hard but he's not a lone striker and Alegria didn't look up to much. For all Nesbitt's fancy flicks and turns they're all done in acres of space and too deep, he seems all style and no end product (Hibs goal aside). Callumn Morrison is very frustrating, my son seems to like him but that's more because of his hair
I fancy us to pick up more points than last season but there's going to be a lot of 0-0's unless we sign a striker.

From the limited matches I've seen, I can't see past England on Sunday unfortunately

Anybody know if there are plans to put anything in the area the old 5s pitches were now they've been demolished?

Like every Scottish person, I want anybody but England to win but I can't argue with the current score. England have been the better team, Sweden have been poor.
Some finish for that third goal, fair play to Russo. Can't blame the keeper for me

Anyone tried clicking on tickets?
Brings up a page advertising season tickets for last year on my phone!
Yep, that's what I get.
I'm sure over time these things will be fixed

A new head of youth development announced, good. But the last photo of him with the disgustingly dirty seats around him isn’t a good look
While you have a point, the seats are 20+ years old

Cove just transfer listed Rory McAllister. Might we dream?
He'll go back to Peterhead or go to Elgin. Too far to travel, he has his own business and he's past his best.

Whatever it is that’s wrong with the website could one of the posters who have an issue with it please email the club! Maybe they’ll take it on board and sort it! Agree with BPM, the amount of attention it gets on here for something as trivial is getting a bit boring/tiresome. Especially after we just won a league cup group containing Hibs and Morton, I’d have presumed we’d more be discussing that to be honest.
C'mon, I thought you'd know that we're all Falkirk fans and always looking for something to complain about

A few managers publicly complaining about the early start to the season with the games. Not sure if a few of them are just pissed off at losing out, or a genuine pop to the timing.
Had a quick look at all the attendances and surprised at some of the very low turn outs from some of the SPL teams. Maybe its just a diddy cup for many………Or maybe thousands of fans are on holiday right now..

We are away on holiday, today has been our first day.
F*ck knows how many times I've been to the bar for juice/ice cream/food because "a woman doesn't go to the bar when a man is around"
Chances of me getting away with "a man doesn't go in the kitchen if a woman's there"?
Adding to this now but we've come back to the hotel and she's put the tv on in the room. She then turned her back to the TV so she can watch shite videos on her phone because there's nothing decent on.
Fair enough but is it toomuch to ask to turn the TV off?

My wife met a fellow mother of a kid at our son's nursery at a play park today and they were talking (gossiping) about nursery. Our son has said he doesn't like one of the other kids there and that the boy had been nasty to him, not playing with him and telling him to go away - we just told him not to play with him and if he said something nasty just to tell him not to say it and go away and if he's bad tell a teacher, the usual. The other parent told us that this kid has been bullying, physically and verbally, her kid for years and that she eventually had to contact his parents about it as her kid was injured by him. He was verbally abusive and used "extreme swearwords". The nursery once said that our son had sworn and it was a phrase that he definitely didn't hear from us - we're pretty sure he heard it from this kid.
How can a 3 or 4 year old be like this?
The usual excuses probably. Has older siblings/watches stuff on screens he shouldn't/has learnt it from parents

Is Henderson’s suspension just one game. Thought straight reds were a 2 game suspension, hence he wouldn’t be back till clyde??I thought violent conduct and serious foul play were 2-3 games and denying a goalscoring opportunity was only 1 game

Rangers fans. Particularly Rangers fans on holiday wearing their home top every single day. Then at night its a Rangers polo shirt. In the pool it's Rangers shorts.
On the upside, one of them is currently in hospital somewhere in Las Americas with a broken leg

Unsurpringly it all comes from her mother. And her mother. And no doubt countless mothers before that
