  1. And that there sums up the amateur side of the club. A paying customer has to hunt down buying a top at the club's ground
  2. Youngsters need to play first team games otherwise what's the point. I would rather we take the chance on blooding our own players that we've spent a lot of time effort and money to develop rather than spend money on seasoned cloggers.
  3. More concerned about the time you're spending in the sauna

There's a call Saul prequel about dougie jones crying out to be made. He's into hookers owes gangsters cash and has a dwarf assassin after him.
  9. I've reached the point in life where I'm too old to be cutting about in football tops and to be honest I hate the feeling polyester on my skin anyway. We're they selling any new fleeces, hoodies, polo shirts etc

It is a moment in tv history and will be spoken about by do hard lynch fans forever but inthink most people are along the lines what the actual f**k was that and are not keen on a repeat. All that said it did actually serve a purpose and answered some big questions.
  11. Realistically what is the land on Pratt street worth its hardly primed for gentrification? If Starks were to be developed hospitality boxes in the railway stand seem the most straight forward place to put them. Is the main stand listed meaning issues with changing its appearance? The north and south stands are quite steep could they potentially put safe standing in the lower portion of these below the entrance points for fans. They could also.be a bit sly and make these season ticket only to help boost sales of books. Interesting point raised on here about developing the north stand to have offices etc only thing with that is the loss of the scant parking facilities
  12. That is fucking brilliant there's something a bit twin peaks about it
  13. In an ideal world the club would build a new ground in a better location that has no end of facilities that will generate income year round. Selling our own ground then trying to put that together is not the way forward, We are effectively making ourselves homeless and then relying on f**k knows who to get this done. That's before the likes of the council get involved and f**k things up even more or find the land or consider things like public transport. Realistically if the club were to move its going to take about 5 to 10 years to organise and get the funds in place. If i won the lottery I wouldn't buy the rovers as clubs are a money pit and hugely inefficient at this level but I would buy Starks park so they always had somewhere to play.

It was just sheer madness started so normally as well. I think on a round about way he's trying to tie it up.
  15. A loan to do something with the railway stand is no bad thing. If it's for boxes they would be installing something that over time would provide a fincial return at the minute its a bit of a disgrace abandoned and ready to fall down. Would it be the whole stand ie removing the seats from the away over spill or just the home bit that's derelict? What's the regulations with pitches can we get an artificial surface? because that is another investment that will bring revenue from renting it out. We are in no position to move to a new ground so need to try and get as much return from the current facilities as possible.
  16. In fairness I think this would be a good time to buy the club we are In a bit of a fragile position, recently relegated, shambles behind the scenes and a bit of uncertainty with who owns what. That said biggish club for the league and i rhink we have been badly run in some respects ie the commercial side of it, club shop hospitality etc. If someone came in who could grip up the whole thing there is potential to push on.
  17. If there is a takeover then everything will be on hold until it is rubber stamped. Let's for arguments sake say there is a new investor who wants to spunk a load of cash on new players we can't just sign these players based on that. If it all falls through and we stick as we are how will these players be paid for. Interesting times

What do you mean there's no fucking episode next week.
  19. I think every player went backwards last season especially with yogi. I would keep him the squads small enough as it is and are we going to get better in return? This season will be about professional pride and people trying to mend their reputations and prove it was all down to duff managers.
  20. That fixture list isn't exactly stirring stuff apart from a couple of new always days there's not exactly many big games to look forward to.
  21. I miss the Morton fans and that's saying something. Anyway back to the matter at hand apart from a left back that looks to be the squad for next season. Smaller but looks more balanced and still loan deals to be sorted if needed.
