  1. As fecked up as everything has been and we need players bought, a decent manager will start to play some of the players we should have been playing the season just past. I can think of 4 or 5 id play who never got a real chance or any chance until now
  2. Thats a good point rarely talked about.. i have opinion that not only will Scotland thrive and be renergised by independence but so will England. It will create a more modern identity for itself without the weight of that past. The best thing that will happen to England will be Scotland going independent and Ireland uniting.
  3. Im a reformed moron so i should know im not including reasoned debate in this though just when anyone gets angry about it and debate becomes an argument
  4. Apology didnt mean that to come a ross the way it did, reading it back its not how i meant it to sound
  5. I think independence isnt inevitable i think theres probably a window of 10 years where if it hasnt happened by then most young people coming to be voting age wont be anti independence but they will just be fed up of hearing about it and lack much interest in it. Also if SNP are in power for that 10 years the build up of resentment any party in power gets will have grown and a lot might think whats point of snp if they havent delivered by then. thats far from saying independence wint happen soon though just that you cant take demographics for granted you gotta deliver something at some point
  6. I dont know maybe them doing politics , talking to each other and compromising might be a good start
  7. New government planned I see, unusual mix but anything new is worth a try as nothing has worked so far
  8. Agree, We should have also been playing the best young players we have as they come up to the first team, we will never find out who can make it and who cant if we never play them and let them learn whenever possible at that level
  9. was it not SNP members who voted Chapman in on a ticket of transparency due to lack of it previously. If he resigns saying he isnt getting what he needs seems pretty fair for people to ask why. Like i said before its most likely nothing dodgy and more general incompetence by some who just arent able to keep good records and present them when needed. Does nobody else think its strange Murrel is still in that role when his wife is leader of party/FM now. I dont think that has helped in a few things recently and someone new in that role might be in order to move things forward and clear up what seems a bit of a mess at the least
  10. Joanne Cherry is saying same thing about transparency, that deosnt mean something dodgy has occurred. It can really just mean poor organisation and people being generally shite at their job and unable to produce or keep good records. The murrel guy does seem a liability so that could be what it is. on other hand what seems like a few people now saying same thing who are supposed to have oversight of these things and they are resigning over it can be there is something dodgy and they know what it is and they are making sure they have some distance away from it. at moment seems more like former than latter but time will tell as its clearly something
  11. We have been terrible at over playing players and on flip side we also were never playing young players enough to allow them to break into 1st team
  12. I cant find a clear statement that those 3 finance committee members resigned due to Murrel not giving them access to documents from a decent newspaper or source. Though I remember it was widely reported at the time that was the case. That point would need clarifying what did they resign for. Chapman stood for treasurer on a mandate to clear up the transparency issues and was voted in by SNP members on that. He then resigns a few months later for same reasons as the above 3 did months earlier (if that is proved to be correct) Chapman resigning alone should raise alarm bells and be questioned based on what he said. Theres nothing wrong in questioning this? If nothing wrong done then thats that. Again though Id say this idea the husband/partner of any leader of any party should hold a top position in same party is wrong. If SNP dont resolve that it will just cause more problems further down the line for them.
  13. This is where having a husband and wife in top roles is amateurish
  14. When 4 different people resign from their positions for same reasons in a few months something isnt right and the facts need clearly stated. what is the reason murrel is giving for not sharing the info?
  15. Whats the reason that 4 have resigned now. its same for all 4 is it not that they feel they arent getting all the info they require for transparency of finances thats the basics of why they resigned is that correct?
  16. rate they are going be 2023 before they are back to borders open like before
  17. rarely does that work out better than just admitting whats actually happened in the first place
  18. I dont get it either, sounds like a conspiracy nut but whats the conspiracy?
  19. I thought there was nothing in it most likely when the 3 comittee resigned just maybe a misunderstanding but now treasurer resigns on same thing, then must be something being held back. The reason for that maybe all ok but now it will need to be explained and Murrel should to be replaced whatever happens. Its a joke to have that set up
