Didn’t see yesterday coming at all, what a result, something positive to grasp for now, credit to the management team for getting these new boys over the line to reinforce us for now.
I just can’t see January making any of this better, I was actually raging hearing some of the stuff that was said at the recent fans forum thing regarding signing policy, expect the same old drivel.
In the replay the last time, Motherwell agreed to wear their away kit as we only had home strips, our away kits were stolen in the week leading up to the game iirc.
Foul & abusive language is of course not uncommon, and it often includes what I’ve already mentioned, wanting less of this isn’t a bad thing.
Just to be clear I wasn’t insinuating you were part of that.
The goal looks good seeing it back like that.
Think it’s a case of limping towards Jan and seeing what we can get in then, hopefully we can stay in touch with all around us until then.
For now we can find a way of playing that utilises what we have, I think we all know the deficiencies in our team.
Take a read of some of your posts last night, they way you’ve went on at other fans because they hold a differing opinion to you isn’t on, it just doesn’t come across very nice, demanding apologies from folk.
After all, we won.
Recruitment has been an absolute car crash since late last Jan, not just the recruitment but the peddli g of a couple of player who would improve us if they returned looks even more bizarre as time has gone on.
Might be a novel idea but I’d rather we were very much looking at inside the box signings rather than these outside of the box randomers like.
Make no mistake, I’m pretty gutted Low is away, he’s been absolutely class for us and has stayed fit enough, a lot of revisionism going on now.
The manner of him leaving doesn’t look good on him or the club to be honest.
The change is circumstances thing is extremely vague and just fuels my suspicion that DC has lost part of the dressing room.
Most annoying part of that it’s seems all self inflicted.
To be fair in January, the club thought they had a deal for Dowds done, they pretty much announced it in the hospitality for the ICT game and then the Partick offer trumped it late on.
