    New level of tinpot unlocked. Dundee fans squaring up to Airdrie after winning a league they should always be winning was so so tinpot. Considering we won you the league by beating raith. Your team just won the league. Go jump about instead of trying to scrap.

    Come on now, I think comparing us with Stenny is a bit of push. In all honesty? The majority of the fans from the 90’s are probably deed. I remember there being a contingent of oldies who must’ve been in their late 60’s/early 70’s back then who are most likely no longer with us. Don’t get me wrong, we can still pull in 2.5k for a big cup game or playoff push so there are more out there

    A culmination of things. Moving to Broadwood when the new stadium was being built put a few off. The 10 year stint in league one watching absolute garbage didn’t help either. It’s only really since McCabe’s tenure that our support has crept up slightly. Just like every other club in the central belt, we’re constantly competing with the ugly sisters to encourage younger and new fans to come along. The club have done really well to move away from the ‘section b’ image that every other club in the country has of us. Hopefully better days to come

    Donnelly and Watt were the first two names of two half decent strikers that came to my head. Just thinking out loud I suppose

    Watt and Donnelly were the first two names that came to my head but sure, Ryan, Russel and Prunty are all worthy mentions

    I think in recent history the only other standouts are Ryan Donnelly and Tony Watt? Donnelly was more of a half a season wonder but everything he touched went in the back of the net for a while

    I would still opt for Todorov over Gallagher. The big man isn’t quick but his hold up and link up play has improved massively since the new year and causes defences all sort of problems with his height. For a big guy he’s not particularly strong but is way more effective than Gallagher has been this season.

    I hate when other fans give this excuse but each game against Ayr we have been absolutely stinking. Obviously Ayr did something to stop us but the majority of your goals have come from individual defensive errors. Of course you need to put away the chances and Dowds did just that so fair play

    We absolutely dominated that first half and should have been well clear. A great strike from McMaster, buzzing for him! Naturally, we fell away in the second half but what a reaction to the equaliser. If Dunfermline are 5th, then we deserve to be 3rd/4th at the very least. They were as average as I’ve seen Brought a good crowd though but that gets you f**k all at the end of the day. GIRUY
