The only thing you can say there is that they have tried something different. They are different case to Braves, who are trying to settle and put down roots in an area.

That’s the point of my ramblings, they shouldn’t be criticised for trying something. As I said earlier in another post, if it works then great, if it doesn’t then they gave it a go and tried to be innovative.

Are you trying to say the CB investing a substantial amount of money in the ground and trying to put down roots in the area is not a positive??

Nobody is asking for praise, I think what would be a pleasant change would be for people to let them get on with it without constant criticism. I don’t see how it harms anyone or interferes with their own team’s affairs, if it works it works, if it doesn’t at least they tried.

Therein lies the problem with football and fans in this country, anything that’s new and different = Bad. Let’s face it the clubs with lots of history and tradition are mostly on their arse, and are crying out for money, so why not try a different approach?

Which they are trying to do something about.
