  1. https://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/sport/three-things-to-takeaway-from-ross-county-v-celtic-283689/ Found this quite an interesting short read.
  2. You must have missed the signing of Yan Dhanda, who is the only male footballer of Indian background to play in the SPFL. We have an ever increasingly diverse squad at Ross County and I for one am very proud of that. But you know, keep trotting out racism as a way to denigrate your rival team by all means, it’s great wholesome banter, and does nothing to cheapen the discussion.
  3. Morrissey said we hate it when our friends become successful. Personally, I hate it when our players sign for our rivals.
  4. Did you watch the match? In the last 15 minutes he literally had his hand in his pocket for every foul. I know Willie Collum has his fans but Jesus Christ I didn’t expect to come across them here..
  5. My moment was Willie Collum’s performance in the second leg vs Arbroath. I don’t think I’ve seen such shocking refereeing in a long time. The fact he was to go on and ref the Cup Final as well compounded it. I’m obviously a Staggie but Collum totally lost it, and credit where it’s due for coming through that play off.
  6. Nothing indicates envy more than expressing faux racism outrage to launch a misguided salvo at your bigger, better and more successful football rivals. I almost feel sorry for you, but can’t help salute your adulation of a terrible terrible football entity. x
  7. Yip, and I know how to line up a defence in order not to lose a 2 leg play off in the first 15 minutes too.
  8. He’s a solid player, who I think struggled to hold down a spot in our starting XI due to the form of Hungbo and RCC as fellow attacking midfielders. He’s a reliable captain type guy, and I think he would be a boost to most teams in the league.
  9. Agreed. In the second half of the season Iacovitti and Baldwin were pretty solid. I would be gutted to lose RCC to Hibs.
  10. https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/ross-county/4294259/blair-spittal-tight-lipped-over-ross-county-future-after-netting-in-final-game-of-season-against-dundee-united/ These do not sound like the words of a player who will be here next season. It looks much more like a “find me a central belt club please Mr Agent”
  11. I’m not blaming nor judging the Utd fans, they were a spectacle to behold, and it was their party so fair play. But the fact that we as a club were so unprepared for a inevitable pitch invasion is worrying, and the way it happened over and over again, and couldn’t clear the pitch is a concern.
  12. Is racism worse than fat shaming? Asking for a Dundonian friend.
  13. I would reply but I’m currently penning a letter to the local paper about the over enthusiastic use of strobe lighting in Eurovision.
  14. As much as I appreciate Mackay giving the young lads a run, the game passed Mackinnon by today, a complete passenger. Therefore it’s no surprise the subs made a huge impact, as our midfield was absent up to then. I like what I saw briefly of Sims. The team that finished today, minus Hungbo & Drysdale, gives a wee insight as to what our starting XI may be next season. I expect a full review into the pitch invasion and flares. I often wonder what David O’Connor does at the club, which today was confirmed: nothing. He’s stealing a wage, just like he did for most of his short career in the Northern Constabulary.
  15. The Wimpy Halfpounder is par excellence. If there is a better burger in Ross-shire I haven’t tasted it.
  16. If that isn't a premonition, I dont know what is. Celtic juggernaut to be crippled by rampant Stags?
  17. All very bizarre, there were a heap of comments questioning whether it was actually in personal ownership and allowed to be sold. Seems the OFBP has now gone. I would have gone down the NFT route myself.
  18. Wouldn’t it be sad if this fell into Ross County hands, and was, I dunno, desecrated in some way.
  19. If the incredibly 1980’s “AFC Rock” that I bought yesterday for £1 comes with a warning that it may have an adverse effect on activity and attention, it begs the question why Goodwin doesn’t load up the starting XI to the eyes with the stuff and send them out to do battle. It certainly did the trick on my 12 year old.
