Someone close to her needs to just have a word and tell her simply because you have issues with something doesn't mean you're entitled to just get what you want. She clearly has issues she's battling with that I obviously don't fully understand but as you say the expectation that everyone simply has to be as quiet as possible to keep her happy is a non starter. Already making her any promises is one too many as thats just the start of her demands. She'll never be happy.

What an utterly horrendous refereeing performance that was. The first half penalty given to County. The free kick given before the penalty. The decision to stop the game to give the penalty. He won't be stood down next week though and rewarded with another pay day to make an arse of it.

One thing we miss in our shape is someone to stretch the game. Teams just allow our central defenders have the ball but then are able to squeeze the game with a reasonably high line as we don't have anyone willing/capable of causing them a threat in behind. Kane made a big difference as everyone has already said especially when Dundee dropped a wee bit deeper. Would Costelloe (no idea if I'm spelling that correctly) potentially be better in a front two as well? Based on yesterday he doesn't seem someone who's got the feet to play wide and beat men in those 1v1 areas. If he's quick and athletic, play to those strengths. Simple stuff, runs inside to out into the channels, drag central defenders into areas they'd prefer not to be. Opens up space for runners etc. Generally just playing higher up the pitch as trying to play through the midfield simply isn't working.

Docherty moaning about the officials is prime old boys Scottish Fitbaw coach nonsense. He knows fine well the game continued due to time being wasted in the original added time. The same reason we slag off the likes of Davidson and Hughes is because they have the self awareness of a concrete block. He should just keep his mouth shut and think about the part he played in the final result as he was bar far more influential in the final result than the officials.

I agree he had a mare. Wasn't the only one though. ---- That was terrible for the vast majority. Managed very little in terms of possession in the attacking half. There was a few that looked capable but also a few others who struggled incredibly. One game though I appreciate isn't the measurement of good/bad but we need more from those individuals. Max, if you end up in the right place at the right time and take the chances then all the pretty stuff that may or not come off at the half way line matters very little! Likewise regarding performance. It matters very little if you get a decent result. Dundee looked miles ahead of us today, mostly because they battled like it mattered. 3-4 weeks will be the telling point.
