Scrappy game with the constant fouls but not much in it. The current bid is apparently £8million but Sunderland are wanting nearer £10million, with County getting 15%. Not sure how @RandomGuy. will cope if we end up £1million in profit after this transfer window.

Contract extensions for Randall, Baldwin, and White. I make that 14 players already signed up for the 24-25 season. When Malky joined he did say during the first year that he eventually wanted to get more players on long-term deals so we are less reliant on the loan market and I think this season we're finally starting to see this. It does take time but the squad has a solid base for the future at the moment.

I've heard we're after centre mid Dom Gape. Spent the last 6 years at Wycombe but has had a few injuries the last couple of seasons. Would have obviously played there for a few seasons with Alex Samuel and at Southampton's academy with Josh Sims.

I hope so. Even with the terrible design if it was a white shirt with the maroon splash, maroon shorts, and white socks I think it would be decent. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing it since we've known it was going to be white and maroon for a few weeks.

I said the same in our County group chat. I'm quite happy with our last few signings. The best 3 out of contract players from each of the 3 Championship teams. You could argue Robbie Deas is better than Allardice. Sensible signings in a league we should always be looking to gain from. I'm not expecting any to be our best player but they should be solid additions to the squad with not a huge amount of risk or unknown

The Ross Stewart transfer is the first time I've been impressed with our dealings. 500k for a guy out of contract in the summer. We've already received another 6 figure fee for Sunderland getting promoted and are due another 6 figure fee in the summer for them staying up this season. Dhanda has 2 years left so I'd be hoping we could get 750k+ EDIT: I see he only signed a 2 year deal so 500k is probably more realistic.
