  1. Dune Part Two.

I thought this was excellent and visually stunning.  If I'm being ever so slightly picky, it's not quite at the level of Part One.  They've made a couple of big changes from the book and left out a really pretty major plot thread that will need to be introduced if Part Three is made.

I felt that it rushed the ending slightly as well.

If your course has a Rated Winter Course, or you play off standard tee areas throughout the winter, you can get cut any time, and Scottish Golf has been encouraging clubs to use this. There are a couple of applied limitations (clubs are expected to put in place a Local Rule re use of fairway mats, and these can only be played from fairways and tees, and no more than 2 temporary greens can be in play), but I have heard that a few clubs have started to apply handicap changes for their off-season medals and Pro Shop Winter Sweeps.

Yeah, last year we couldn't put anything in but this year they put a load of rules in place.  To be fair it was full greens and proper tees all round. Course was very wet underfoot in places but it held up remarkably well considering the rain we have had.

I had a great round last night myself. Obviously on a shortened winter course but 36 shots (2+) for 9 holes brilliant for me! 6th birdie of the year as well. Iv set myself a target of 35 birdies and 1 eagle in 2024. Buzzing for the actual season to start on April 1st

Other than 1 or 2 holes that had tees brought right forward, but still within where the yellows would normally be, I was surprised that the course wasn't shorter than it was.

I didn't drive the ball like an absolute dick today which also helped and I finished 18 with the same ball I started with.

Honestly thought there used to be a thread on this. Maybe there was, maybe it was culled in the great Beast scandal of yesteryear.

Anyway, post a photo of where you are and see if anyone* knows where you are.

Or if you are @Jacksgranda, let him know where he is as he's likely forgotten.

    *not you @Hedgecutter

    Anyway I'll start:

Scheffler also has zero personality but he has the bizarre foot thing with his swing which makes his memorable, Wyndham has nothing except a daft first name. I completely forgot he played in the Ryder cup…..and that was spectacle full of incredible moments

I was going to say exactly the same thing about Scheffler. He's a robot, but he at least has something to make him stand out from the other automatons

Looks like another robot. Zero personality

I know he's won a major, but I can't remember a single shot, or thing that he's done. And I include the tournament he's playing in and I'm watching right now.

    He's just a nothing.

Clement mentioned Cantwell will be back in the squad but not fit enough to start yet. McCausland will be a late call to see if he is involved with Sterling definitely missing out after their knocks on Wednesday.

Means we don't really have much choice other than to go with Silva on the left, Dessers through the middle and Matondo on the right if McCausland doesn't make it.

Lundstram, Diomande and Lawrence seems like it'll be his preferred midfield three with the same back 4 as the last 2 games.

Reckon we will need another big performance from Butland to get through.

My fear this season is that the squad just runs out of steam.  When the Beale left, I'd have thought you were certifiable if you'd said come mid March we would still be very much in the hunt for four trophies, but the sheer volume of injuries and number of games does make me wonder when the squad will just hit a wall.

Obviously I want us to progress tonight, but there is a very small part of me that knows that going out might not be the worst thing to happen.  The flip side of that is you don't know how the team will react to going out and it could have a detrimental effect on the rest of the domestic season.

If we can get to the international break without anymore injuries, I just hope that some of the missing players might start making it back.

Is it fairly standard to deform weans hands when editing pictures?

The whole episode is utterly bizarre, but absolutely on point for the weirdo bunch of paedo harbouring c***s that rule over these isles.

My phone does a better job of blending together multiple photos into one semi decent one.
