Possibly, I suppose a three way between Punk, Jericho and Ziggler could work. I can't even think of anyone that would get the sort of build up who it could be(obviously things like Sting/Angle etc are all impossible given they're under contract) What is Goldberg up to? Only randomers I can think of would be Scott Hall(the drugged up shit was all kayfabe) or Psycho Sid(no idea why but it'd be totally out of the blue) edit: or Austin. Obviously, the actual promos don't make sense for them but it'd be fucking awesome to see a complete blast from the past return.
