The problem with bringing in Ross Perry until January is that once everyone is back fit, we're left with an abundance of centre halves. We'd be looking at playing two, having two on the bench, and leaving one in the stand, and that's without taking Bates into account. That's shite for the budget, and it's shite for the harmony of the squad. If Murray can't get Perry in on a short deal, I'd expect to see the arrival of the first loanee of the season. We've just come to an unfortunate situation where we're depleted in two positions. On the upside, it isn't like we're facing either of a promotion battle or relegation scrap under such circumstances. Hopefully it won't impact too much. Incidently, who'll be out of the PT Cup versus the Pars due to suspensions.
