Series 3 Episode 5: He has extended this to people whose star sign is Pisces also own Alfas. I don't.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 3 Episode 6: Jeremy is reviewing a Holden (or the Vauxhall version of a Holden) and did a bit where the satnav spoke in an Australian accent and repeatedly called him a poof.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 3 Episode 9: Kimi Raikkonen (2003) has won the Top Gear Award for most boring Formula 1 driver.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 1: The montage previewing the series ahead is soundtracked by Reptilia by The Strokes. Jeremy says that a dog makes a better sound when you tread on it. They're doing their first race - DB9 vs. train to Casino Square, Monte Carlo. Whenever these episodes are shown on Dave there's always bits missing.

I like you went back through all of them and some of the language for a family show on BBC 2 was shocking.

I know, I meant bits of the races themselves. I've watched Dave enough over the years to know the episodes are re-edited every now and then, the missing bits change. 2 hours ago, 101 said: I like you went back through all of them and some of the language for a family show on BBC 2 was shocking. I doubt him calling Churchill a drunken Kurd murderer will ever be topped but I live in hope.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 2: In reviewing the Alfa Romeo 166 Jeremy is making some point about its value by saying you can buy a ruined house in a former mining village so you could afford the car. While touring the inside of the house he looked at the name A. HOYLE written on the wall in a dark, faded brown and he wondered aloud what the previous owner had used to write it. Upon closer inspection he realised what it was written with and called it "the Bobby Sands look"
Miguel Sanchez
Also this: Hypnotism (at least something apparently as instantaneous as that) is obviously nonsense but I don't think Hammond is good enough at acting to fake this.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 3: The first of their cheap car challenges. Buy a car for under £100. James has an Audi, Richard has a rust-ridden Volvo and Jeremy a Volvo. I don't want to spoil this if you watch it but the ending of the scoring section with Jeremy's reveal might be my favourite moment in Top Gear history.
Miguel Sanchez
Jeremy and Richard are having an argument about which car movie is better - Jeremy for Vanishing Point, Richard for Bullitt. No idea why Jeremy is going for the pseudo-intellectual option but he's so right.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 5: Hammond wanted to buy a Dodge Charger but doesn't have enough money, so in Episode 4 they invited people to email in with jobs for him to get some. Mistress Goth got in touch wanting him to be her dungeon bitch. He's so short he won't have to be on his hands and knees, he'll just be a footrest. There was also a picture, but I get the feeling it'll be harder to find "Mistress Goth" online nowadays than it would have been in 2004.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 6: Rolls Royce are now owned by Germans and Jeremy is making lots of references to the war. He claims that you can spot a German who's trying to hide being German by making them say squirrel. Must be an early version of his making Glaswegians say burglar alarm.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 8: To commemorate the end of production of Rover's V8 engine, Richard is driving an SD1 in a classic car race while the car chase music from The Matrix Reloaded plays.

I agree about the acting part but if it was real folk would be going around getting bank managers to empty their safes and delivering it to a van parked in a layby out of town.

Miguel Sanchez
Series 4 Episode 10: Patrick Kielty is the guest. Reference has been made to Jeremy's chat show. Here is three and a half minutes of him talking about masturbating in hotels.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 5 Episode 1: Jeremy made a bet that if the soon to be new Vauxhall Astra looked like it did in the released concept shots, he would eat his own hair. It did. Antony Worrall Thompson took some time off from shoplifting to mix it into an omelette. Miguel Sanchez
Series 5 Episode 3: He's mentioned it before a few times, but Jeremy keeps referring to the Bugatti "Veryon" which is in development. He's tried on the special "Veryon" wristwatch which costs over 100k. California is introducing dog seatbelts and they're moaning about not being able to do anything anymore and how this will be brought in over here. They were very ahead of their time, really.
Miguel Sanchez
Series 5 Episode 4: Jimmy Carr was introduced as quoted in a recent article as "the Rolls-Royce of comedians" I prefer the Stig's description of him as the worst driver he'd ever seen and the luckiest man alive.
