Adam
Made Mac and Cheese for dinner last night. Normally put chorizo through it for a bit of a kick but it does tend to be quite oily as a result, so tried it with chillis instead. Brilliant kick to it. Also recommend topping with mozzarella as well.

Melanius Mullarkey
I was given a free strawberry cream choux bun by award winning Masterchef winner Jamie Reid yesterday. Delicious. Seems like a decent c**t as well.

Bairnardo
@MixuFixit Here is my first effort. After a few days of little activity and smelling a bit rancid my starter burst into life yesterday si here is my first loaf. It seemed to die a death on the second rise though, which endes up being overnight in a banneton as I thought it was a lost cause. Threw it in the over anyway and got the below. Crust was a bit heavy and bread a wee tiny bit dry possibly. Think maybe its a bit overcooked owing to the dough being a bit dense after the last rise. Onwards though. -
