Had a bit of a seafood feast on Saturday. Had my first visit to Eddies seafood market in Edinburgh as wanted to try make lobster Thermidor, unfortunately the lobster have been hiding this week, but holy crap what a selection of fish to choose from, well worth a visit. Eventually played pretty safe and got mussels, razor clams, king prawns and hake

Didn't really know what part of the razor clams were edible so ended up wasting about half of the meat when pretty much all of it could have been used, blast!

Mussels with leek garlic cream
Tempura prawns

Pan fried hake, pea and chorizo purée, razor clams with diced veg and chorizo cream
