True Saintee
Had McGinn fgs in last nights match on Betfred. It was a double delight selected game and he went on to score again. Checked the bet after and only been paid out at the original price with the bet status as closed. Noticed however that one part of the promotion said that "real cash can take up to 24 hours to be credited". Anyone had a winner in this before and faced any problems?

True Saintee
Cheers for the replies, I emailed them and although there was no explanation or apology, the problem was sorted out within (an admittedly impressive) 10 minutes.
punkstar_666
Lads need a bit of help/info. Have just tried to register with a company called "Colossus Bets" They are the sort of new kids on the block. Any information on them would be much appreciated or has anybody had any dealings with them?
mid-table
They are more like a pool betting company. Wont the Coral millionaire a few weeks ago. Seem legit but not conventional.

Jimmy85
I had a single on Galatasaray last night with Bet 365 and had just assumed that with the game restarting today the bet would stand. Apparently not. Is this standard practice? Edit: obviously my fault for not double checking. Edited December 11, 2013 by Jimmy85
Loki
Generally they allow 48 hours for a game to get replayed before voiding a bet. However each individual bookie will have their own rules. Best to contact them directly to see if they might pay out on good will.

Loki
Bet365. A bit surprised they voided the bet to start with as their rules state that the game can be played within a week (by the Sunday) and all bets will stand. But at least they were swift to pay you out.
Jimmy85
This is the rule they initially quoted me. 'Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for bets to stand For example, first player to score or time of the first goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment'.

lau03143
What's the minimum debit card payment accepted on Betting Shops like William Hills, Ladbrokes etc?
Paris Hilltoon
Online, minimum deposit will be £5. In shop it will be about 10p, though I dunno if they would accept that coming off your debit card.
Killiesquirrel
As you'll know, I put on Jackson Irvine anytime.. Looks like he won't be playing due to food poisoning, so what happens? I put it on in the shop in William Hill.

Karpaty
Look to start doing Lucky 15's in shop. Not done it before, I take it there's a specific slip for this (William Hill)? Or do you just write down the horses (at least 4 or 5, can't mind which) and state "Lucky 15"?
