The_Kincardine
This is interesting. Chucky loses then the current club/company are in receipt of fraudulently acquired assets. This is what the desperate diddies would like to think but the ownership of Rangers/assets isn't in dispute here. As I've said before, it's not a case about buying a stolen car it's a case about stealing money to buy a car. As far Chuckles and his legal fees? The diddies getting it wrong again is no surprise.

Who did he steal the money from? Are there actually any charges against him at the moment? Not been keeping up. Also you've got a typo there, I know these things annoy you.

This diddy wasn't wrong about the fees at all, so choose your words more carefully. The other point, I don't fully get, so can you explain it please? I take it this refers to the £5.5m Green paid for the assets? What's the suggestion here? How did he acquire that money? Is there no way it can impact on what he then did with it, if he shouldn't have had it? Edited March 18, 2016 by Monkey Tennis

I think you will find that it is desperate **** who cling to this hope. As was noted in the Jimmy Savile enquiry, no action could be taken against the BBC as it could not be established that the controlling mind of the company had knowledge of the affairs. Who was/were the controlling mind(s) of the company which acquired Rangers assets? If they are guilty then the company would be culpable as much as the controlling mind(s).

THE KING
Well I'm glad TEDI provided proof that all the small creditors were paid or it could have been embarrassing.
bennett
. I honestly don't see the ruling as supporting the 'new club' claim though. Seriously, how does it do that? One of the bloggers tweeted it, Stricky n the lads dived right in.

I say second because the SFA's independent panel declared that Newco did not inherit the right to arbitration from oldco so Rangers had to apply for arbitration "again" Edited March 18, 2016 by stonedsailor

Tsk, Mikey. What a time it is to be a Bear! On and off the park we are gelling like a jelly thing from Jellystone. From boardroom to subs bench we are the most sorted club in Scotland and the fact that all the diddies have to laugh at this week is a souvenir watch advert is testament to this. Souvenir watches and trying to take comfort from CG getting handed his arse? How desperate must it be as a diddy on the Sevco threads!

I don't know whether they'll return or not. If we settle back into the duopoly again, that'll be a pity. It's been a lot of fun though and the watch was bloody funny.

Every season, the crunch point gets earlier and earlier. I hate to repeat that trope, but... tick, tock.
