What have they done to deserve being called corrupt?

They tried to impose illegal punishments against rangers (rip), rather than just expelling/putting them down which Craig Whyte et al righteously and in complete contravention of the articles of association, successfully challenged in court.

Oh and they ignored the bit where the scum were caught red-handed lying to HMRC about the Discount Option Scheme side letters in the LNS enquiry.

But, you know these things.

are you being deliberately obtuse or do you wish for a race to the bottom*?

*no pun intended

Just wondering what they had done to justify being called corrupt.

Surely it isn't because of the report (not a blog) which was funded by the Rangers fitba monitor ...

The tax justice network is independent, bennett.

You do realise that the report criticised the SFA not Rangers don't you?

Actually, I spent mine on football tops with stars on them. Stars awarded for the greatest European achievements in Scottish football history.

What top with imaginary magic stars on it will you collecting your grandkids and bru money in this season?

UEFA do not now and have not ever awarded stars for European competition. Aberdeen's self awarded stars are as imaginary and magical as Rangers'. Edited by stonedsailor

As if he cares about paying legal fees.  From King/Rangers' point of view, it's money they had to pay out earlier that they're now getting back - there's no profit in there...

Oh, wait.  It's King we're discussing here.

Anyway, how are the shirt sales and sponsorship deals going since the career criminal landed the knockout blow and defeated Mike Ashley. You seemed to sidestep the question?

So shirt sales and some new sponsorship deals .. any news?

You're doing the diddy thing of asking a question that you know the answer to.  We had the same thing with Wunfy employing the same brain-dead tactic.  He, of course, got hauners from 'the usuals'.  Interesting to see who will back you up here.

Expenses - lunch bills, ffs dhen, i am sure that will be consolation for Mike after paying out many thousands on legal fees for the SFA and Dave King.

Any word on yon resolution 12 thingy?

By Kinky's roolz, this makes you a diddy.

Oh, and brain dead.

"There was however a motion for non court expenses , solicitor client expenses to be awarded to Mr King and the SFA. That was refused for the reasons given in Para 37."

"The expenses of instructing solicitor , Counsel and where applicable Senior Counsel fall to be met by each party."

No doubt Dave King will let the fans know how much he billed Sevco for his "lunch".

Tsk,

You win your case, but still incur hefty expenses...

That seems rather unfair...

A bit reminiscent of the unfairness of competing against a company who imperfectly register their entire squad for 10 years..
