WaffenThinMint
Learn to read. They have been found guilty of not fully disclosing all relevant paper work. The players were properly registered. LOL, wot? And fined quarter of a million for it? Stop kidding yourselves this verdict is anything less than a surrender to thuggery. "We're not fining them for cheating, we're fining them for, um, missing paperwork, um, yes, that's what it is, and let that be a lesson to them!" cement
Don't really give a monkeys about this but I bet Spartans are spewing over this bit? Later in the report, the reasons for deeming players not ineligible is outlined. It states that if a player was incorrectly registered, his registration was not subject to immediate termination and a process had to be undertaken for it to be revoked. "[Mr McKenzie, SPL lawyer] accepted no provision of the rules enabled the board of the SPL retrospectively to terminate the registration of the player.

So basically they got off with that because the SPL were too late to do anything about it? A momentus victory for Sevco indeed.
youngsy
You fill your boots. I'm glad you are enjoying your current status in the game. Throughout your club's illustrious history you always were, and always will be known as Sevco. I'm sure your first title celebrations will be superb and all your songs will be appropriate for the occasion and many of your P&B mates will congratulate you for being such a gracious winner, and dignified loser (when the occasion arises). Dry your eyes, for fucks sake and be man enough to accept the SPL Commission finding as just, accept the EBT finding as just and try, really try,and accept that the club continuity is ongoing since 1872. You'll feel better for it,instead of allowing bitterness against a club tear you up inside.

Bendarroch
Can this day get any better? LNS confirms continuation (3) Rangers FC was liable to sanctions as provided by the Rules in the event of a breach while it was owned and operated by Oldco; and (4) There were sanctions which could be imposed in terms of the Rules which were capable of affecting Rangers FC as a continuing entity now owned and operated by Newco. Yes. Yes it could. Firstly, I'm looking forward to Rico, Helbhore and flying ratbhoy rearing their heads. Secondly - now inevitably, surely - the start of the 'integrity' campaign from the self-same fuds who threatened to boycott their own clubs last summer.

Po119
Sevco fans seem very upbeat despite the fact Oldco died for nothing and they now have to watch a team filled with utter shite in red, white and blue every week, playing on ploughed fields in small towns. So, so harrowing for them. Those in the SPL are still pissing themselves over it. Yes, it is sad that our club was sent to the Third Division for what turned out to be no reason. But I'm much happier knowing that 1) We are debt free. 2) We have been found FOR in the Big Tax Case. 3) We have been found FOR in today's tribunal. 4) We have been allowed to keep our titles and 5) LNS has agreed that this is the same club as it was 10 years ago.

So in this vein you think clubs and the titles they have won can be bought and traded?

54_titles_and_still_going_
You would think after just beating the league leaders and going into 2nd place, all you're chat would be about passports, sumbreros and how you're going to embarrass Scottish football again next season. But no...it's all about the Rangers. This 'victory' chat is quality. They are in the third division
As We Rise Again
How much do you think this whole thing has cost Scottish football? Maybe we can give them a loan if they need it.
