cyderspaceman
Does this judgement mean that the court don't see an insolvency as at all likely then? Lord Armstrong said: "There is some scope for concern about the financial position of the defender [Rangers]. "It cannot be said there is a real possibility of the defender being insolvent [in early 2015 when any potential liability would fall due]." Yes. Which seems a bit weird. Is Armstrong a time served Orc?
AberdeenBud
@STVGrant Remarks also on Ahmad’s role in purchase of Edmiston House & Albion Car Park. Rangers: “one sitting empty, other a simple waste of money” @STVGrant One more line from Rangers’ defence from their NOMAD. “The share price has rebounded satisfactorily.”

kiddy
SSN reporting about a fighting fund. Is Dave Kings 'Ibrox 1872 fund' seperate from the RFFFFFFF fund, or are they one in the same thing? If they are the same, how does that Canadian SC (that rejected the use of funds for legal fees) feel about his involvement?
Venti
Was it Tedi or Bennett that made the 'Vicky the Viking' alias?

NotfromFifehonest
Was it Tedi or Bennett that made the 'Vicky the Viking' alias? I won't hear of such slander - everybody knows that Victoria was the fitba mad Scandinavian who lent bennett a shoulder to cry on during his Bed&Breakfast sojourn.

hellbhoy
Delicious that the board have now claimed the institutional investors have been quoted as being ready to plough money into the corpse to stave off an insolvency event. McCoist is now under real pressure to get results in the Championship & cups next season to get the orcs to attend to feed the beast that is the Rangers board. With slow ST sales at the moment the results on the park next season will determine how much Wonga the club can screw out of the fans to keep the carcass alive on life support to limp on into the Premiership. No results on the park and out of two cups and struggling in the league come end of September the fans will disappear in droves probably causing the insolvency event themselves. You have to hand it to the spivs keeping the new club alive for sooooo long ensuring the closer they are to the top tier before folding over the worse it will be for them but much more enjoyable for the rest of us.

youngsy
We should ban any posts as of today from the bigot that is PMG. The guy is losing credibility by the day (if he had any in the first place) Not only does he state the bleeding obvious, but if he thinks he has an "exclusive" he really needs to get a new source (or does he actually have one in the first place). You're correct, it says a lot when TAL ridicule him never mind anyone who has no connection to Celtic.
Bing (2)
Right. Evening all My take on today.... Ragers defence argued £2M due in shortly from st sales... They are losing that just about, in the timescale. Timescale...good word. Why did the holding co release its "we are in trouble without st sales" guff, 15 mins afore verdict due? Release of equity to institutional investors? Does that include board members? And does it also mean other than more shares? Ie equity could be in the form of property. Laxey sale and leaseback? They are buggered. 2015 and the judge doesn't see a problem? Exactly. They will die again in 2014......
