Newco is looking more and more like a carbon copy of oldco. It's almost as if someone was hired as a patsy to shed the dishonesty and debt then take a fall for it.

That could not be the case? Could it?

I've been suggesting that for quite a while, but I cannot see Dave King having association with charlatans like Craig Whyte, so quite who would have sorted it all out is beyond me.

Serious question: Do believe that money will not come from the promised investment? Do you think that Park and King lied when they claimed that those loans would be swapped for equity?

Dave King, lying? Naaah. He widnae do that. Wid he?

Hmm, I wonder who's paying for that portrait.

I suppose David Somers will have a portrait up there as well, this is going to have to come out of next seasons season ticket money.

..........so why can't they pay their debts?

There is something going on here and its not about trivial things as portraits.

Should Craig Whyte not be the last one? Since him they have been chairmen of the company not the club.

'WORLD football's ruling body has entered the heated debate over Rangers' status after liquidation by indicating they accept it is not a new club.

In promotional material from FIFA ( Federation Internationale de Football Association) headquarters to promote its weekly magazine, they state: "After their enforced relegation in 2012, Glasgow Rangers are in the hunt for promotion back to Scotland's top flight.". They have received hundreds of complaints from angry Celtic fans and one Kilmarnock fan citing that " Phil has the proof."

A group of Celtic fans caused controversy when they paid for an advert in a newspaper saying Rangers are a new club.

The advert was a lengthy statement which claims Rangers became a new club following liquidation in 2012.

Those Celtic fans who feel Rangers are a new club, have objected to any commentary that indicates that if successful in the Scottish Championship play-offs, that they will "return" to the top flight.

Rangers Football Club plc, the former operating company, went into administration in February, 2012, after a £9 million PAYE and VAT debt was amassed to the taxman under Craig Whyte's leadership. The oldco renamed RFC 2012 plc is now being liquidated.

The Celtic fans ad said the term The Old Firm was now redundant "following the liquidation of Rangers (1872)" and stated the new club came into being in 2012.

Many diehards will only refer to Rangers as Sevco, the name given to the Charles Green-headed consortium that bought the liquidated assets with a £5.5 million loan in 2012.

In December SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster insisted Rangers are the same club which existed before liquidation.

He said: "In terms of the question about old club, new club, that was settled very much by the Lord Nimmo Smith commission that was put together by the SPL to look at EBT payments at that time.

"The decision, very clearly from the commission, was that the club is the same, the club continues, albeit it is owned by a new company, but the club is the same.

"It's the same club, absolutely.

"The member club is the entity that participates in our league and we have 42 member clubs."

That commission's decision referred to "the board of directors of Oldco as a company, as distinct from the football management or players of Rangers FC as a club..."

The Advertising Standards Authority in December, 2013, in considering challenges to Rangers' claims as "Scotland's most successful club", supported the view that continuity of history continued.

It has emerged that UEFA confirmed to the ASA that its rules allowed for the recognition of the "sporting continuity" of a club's match record, even if that club's corporate structure had changed.

The European Club Association, the sole independent body recognised by UEFA and FIFA as representing clubs at European level confirmed Rangers remain as members of the organisation in December, 2012 after the transfer of ownership.

In June, 2012, Lord Glennie in considering a decision to uphold a transfer embargo on Rangers referred to "Rangers Football Club plc, a company presently in administration.. .that presently operates Rangers Football Club."'

Is anyone keeping a track of how much Sevco owe in loans & to whom?

£4.3 million in debt in the interim accounts.

£5 million to Ashley

£3 million from T3B

£1.5 million to King

So that's £13.8 million already confirmed so far Kiddy.

And fcuk knows what the bonuses for promotion will be when every fucker gets their snouts into the trough. I'll bet that King, Murray & T3B's will have the fucking cheek to take £300K plus each if they get promoted. The bonuses IMO will top over £10 million by the time every cnut gets their wedge from the cash coo that is a Rangers FC.

They are definitely heading for £20 million plus in debt should they get promoted. That's Kings investment gone and the T3B's £20 million might keep them solvent next season if they get promoted. The clubs a fucking financial basket case.

Speaking of bonuses - seeing as Ally is on gardening leave, I wouldn't be surprised to see him make a claim for a promotion bonus that'll be in his contract should they go up via the playoffs.

McNamara did similar to us despite leaving halfway through the season for the Dundee Utd job, and we had to settle out of court...

Wish I'd bought some shares now.

After correspondence with MASH Holdings Limited (“MASH”) regarding their S.303 requisition for a General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Rangers International Football Club PLC (the “Company”) has agreed to call a General Meeting at which an amended Resolution from MASH will be placed alongside a Resolution from your Board. The meeting will also discuss certain items of business requested by MASH and some matters as to which the Board thought shareholders should be informed.

The Notice of Meeting is set out at http://www.rangersinternationalfootb...ssion-document

The Board of Directors will provide shareholders with recommendations as to how to vote on the Resolutions separately but would advise shareholders that their legal advice from a senior QC is that the Requisitioned Resolution, if passed, would not create a binding legal obligation on the Board or the Company
