Well that was followed by a Duffman statement that they were really only offered £2 million, with a bit more if they made the latter stages of the Champions League next season and the year after. Kennedy's "best lawyer on the planet" responded with a seemingly drunken letter saying very little. Then the Blue Nights Porno Club leaked their full bid, which was met with widespread hilarity. Finally, so far, Kennedy came out with a statement saying how unfair it all was and why people couldn't just understand him.. Once it was known their bid factored in UEFA competition money into the equation, that was their credibility burnt to a crisp. Let's not forget this wasn't merely the completely fanciful idea of them competing in a UEFA competition anytime soon, but was based on them reaching the QF of the CL. There's rumours about 500 security guards being hired for Ibrox on Monday. Seems rather excessive for a conference to announce Green being the new preferred bidder (as the current rumours claim will be the case), so the wonder in the back of some minds is that - if this is true - are Haudit & Daudit about to throw in the towel? The rumours I've been reading are that it's not just preferred bidder status for Green on Monday, but that they will be announcing that his bid has been accepted. If this is true it raises some fairly serious questions about the due diligence undertaken by both parties but is hilarious news for us. Aye, I got accepted last week (clue: when Killie players go bad), and I feel like a hibiscrub wash after every visit. I would find it surprising that now they're crawling into the light, police action isn't taken over their continual hate-filled bile. Any currants thinking Dingbat is the future should be sectioned. I would volunteer as I spend an unhealthy amount of time in here, but I have far too busy a week coming up with exams and funerals so I shall have to pass I'm afraid.
