A task for Hellboy QC or Densboy.

Over on Follow Follow Suck has done a bit of research and i'd like you two legal beagles to verify his findings.

"Ibrox Stadium is registered under Land Register Title Number GLA210958, Edmiston House under Title Number GLA62016 and GLA29534 and Auchenhowie under DMB65871.

They were all bought by Sevco Scotland Limited but that company has changed it's name to The Rangers Football Club Limited. They're all still registered to The Rangers Football Club Limited"

I expect a prompt and accurate reply now...

Well if that's the case, why not just say so? Why issue a non-answer instead?

If the Newco does own its facilities, why fanny about like this? Because if this is true, Traynor's non-denial denial must be some kind of eleven-dimensional chess game that us mere obsessives don't get.

That is the companys that operate the Club which own the assets not the Club itself. The Club does not own it's facilities. :P

RANGERS Football Club is aware of wildly inaccurate stories circulating on various websites and would like fans to know that these flights of fantasy will be monitored by our lawyers.

In particular, they are examining a malicious piece which seems to suggest that the Club does not own its facilities.

We urge Rangers fans to treat these idiotic and lumbering articles with the contempt they deserve. Better still, ignore them completely.

But we must also stress we cannot waste time responding publicly to every blog or ridiculous claim against this Club. Also, there is a dangerous proliferation of anonymous obsessives on various social media sites and we will not give them any credence.

Nor can we react to every journalist and publication who appear to pursue an anti-Rangers agenda, publications such as the Daily Record which today boasts yet another headline which does not accurately reflect what manager Ally McCoist said in his press conference yesterday.

This paper's intent is clear and we urge our fans to see it for what it is. If Rangers fans want the truth they will find it only on the Club's official platforms.

Finally, Jack Irvine of Media House does not speak for this Club.

 an anti-Rangers agenda

Hard to know who's worse Jabba or the idiots who lap this up.

Bit disappointed he didn't mention enemies of Sevco tbh.

Your point is what?

The way an asset strip works is that these will be sold off. It would appear somebody is worried there plan might be rumbled before it starts.

Got to be the most paranoid statement I have seen in a long time.

North korea Rangers.

"If Rangers fans want the truth they will find it only on the Club's official platforms."

The above is just beautiful in its absurd wrongness. This could only possibly work with one set of supporters in the country.

Fortunately, it's the one they're speaking to.

In fairness there is another club just across the city that have equally stupid supporters.

Accusing the Record of being anti-Rangers is fantastic. Traynor must be behind this http://thebrokenrecordblog.wordpress.com/

To be fair I did find this funny

Much hilarity was had in the Record when news arrived of the arson attack on the Rangers team bus.

One suggested headline was ‘A 140 Miles Of Unbroken Road History Up In Flames’

Not exactly catchy but then again they gave up caring a long time ago

Much better that we get our 'truths' from plastic and diddies would you say?

The P&D wankathon rolls on.

£40m profits..CL earnings, player sales, shirt sponsor, tv money..etc etc.

Where does all that cash go, genuine question ?

30% of It's in black bin bags buried under the Lawwell family Dobermans kennel. The other 70% goes to the Vatican.

Well Suck may well be wrong, he's not infallible you know and Hellboy QC is one of Scotlands foremost legal experts when it comes to matters regarding Rangers.

With a little help from Densboy he'll get to the bottom of this little puzzler.
