Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!

After the Dissolution of the Monasteries in 1541, all the monks who used to produce manuscripts were forced to seek employment as fishermen, thatchers, or swineherds.

Do keep up, Auld Yin. ;)

And some of us were unemployed for quite a while.

Struth, as the Aussies would say

Waiting on the two samples for the pre launch kit which will raise money to start a youth footabll team and a donation to Rangers Youth Dev for every jersey sold

We will be launching a 3rd kit, then a home and away kits soon after.

Once the two samples arrive for the 3rd kit we can make final decision and release launch dates etc.

What your views on the 2 samples being made?

@Pmacgiollabhain: Blue Pitch Holdings & Margarita Holdings never intended to be in RIFC at this stage. The venture was highly profitable to them until recently

@Pmacgiollabhain: What made RIFC/TRFC highly profitable has largely been dismantled by the new regime. They (BPH & MGH) want out at this stage.

The Abelas - via lawyer Mazen Houssami, director Chris Morgan (who Green tried to get on to the RIFC board) and the BVI-registered firm Upward Management (Offshore) SAL - are still involved with Rafat Ali Rizvi (via lawyer Chan Fook Meng) in Tricor and Nova Resources (where Green was CEO). When is the RIFC board going to come clean about their involvement at Ibrox? And are they still involved?

Blue Pitch Holdings and Margarita Trust are connected to the Abela family from Lebanon via the Barbel C Abela Trust (Abela Jnr’s mum) and family lawyer Mazen Houssami. The main reason they want to keep their involvement secret is a certain conviction for fraudulent bankruptcy involving a catering firm in Italy. The fact that Rangers officials are scared to even mention the name Abela speaks volumes. The millions of pounds that have evaporated from the club are the “legacy issues” that the current Chief Executive speaks of. Is it not time that the board at Ibrox began to tell the full truth about what has gone on here?

We have a full-blown Pump in action here, all based on investment in what was previously Mandarin Mining (Director Chan Fook Meng) up until last year's reverse takeover of a Korean company that owns, well . . . nothing really. Just a contract to manage a wood pellet plant at a university milk-making facility.

Just like Mongolian coal transport contracts, there is very little visibility from this far away into how feasible it would be to make any significant revenue from this plant, or even if there is any sign that it will be in operation any time soon. Especially given the payments Enerstry will have to make to investors (£300,000 for a start).

Get out quick . . . before the big Dump!

It appears that the "secretive Arabs" who are behind the major Blue Pitch Holdings and Margarita Trust investments (and others) in RIFC are all linked to Albert Abela Jnr, originally from Beirut in Lebanon but now operating out of Monaco and London. Given the three-year suspended sentence that was handed down to Mr Abela in an Italian court in 2008 in relation to the fraudulent bankruptcy of Italian catering firm Gama spA and the €6.8million he agreed to pay back to the administrators of the collapsed firm as part of a plea bargain, there would appear to be reasons to be apprehensive about this news. Not good.

Looks like the Adidas one, then - 75p cheaper. That way the SoS can show rifc the way ahead is financial prudence.

Although the "big team" would make the savings of a couple of quid on kit, then stick some 35-yr old mercenary on 5k/week in it come match day. :)

LMFAO they want a rich arab to buy them. This one is intent on pulling cash out though, not putting it in.

Only if said rich Arab isn't Stephen Thompson ;)

BTW it's a stretch to call Lebanon an Arab country.....it's much more diverse than that.
