Walking back to the car after the game at the weekend we were talking about McCoist and a friend of mine brought up the poll on here where the Ps&Ds have voted overwhelmingly to keep McCoist. I'm one of these people who never missed a game home or away and had a season ticket for the past 25 years, however I gave it up last year as I was finding myself not going if the weather was bad or there was a good match on Sky or if my mates weren't going etc and I had already paid for my ticket of course. Being totally honest, one of the main things that scunnered me was the attitude of the Police and Stewards where they were basically treating supporters as either criminals or potential criminals, then of course the atmosphere was killed and in the UK today you aren't even allowed a bit of "banter" for fear of being jailed or accused of being a racist, homophobe, bigot, etc, etc, etc. Why pay for the privilege of that ??? I don't really miss it much and honestly I don't know what would make me go back on a regular basis even if the playing standards improved dramatically. Absolutely ridiculous that Hearts left graffiti on a wall from the week before so that Celtic fans would be blamed.
