WhiteRoseKillie
Within the confines of the stadium, segregation is usually a sufficient barrier to keep apart opposing fans goading each other. The group of Hearts fan who purposely went round the opposite side of the stadium to taunt those protesting outside must have known an intentional confrontation in an already volatile atmosphere was going to cause trouble. I'm not condoning the reaction of some of our supporters but it's obvious what was bound to ensue. Not for the first time, we see this "purposely went round the opposite side of the stadium" line. Two questions for you: 1. Did you personally follow them round, or have other proof of this? 2. Are the roads and pavements around ibrox not public?

No8.
Nah, see the rest of us, we wouldn't feel the burning shame of knowing we did f**k all to stop the thing we supposedly loved dying. We would have laughed it off, funny how you can't. Isn't it? I cant remember an Aberdeen game at Ibrox that has passed without YOUR CLUBS supporters causing mayhem in and around the stadium. From slashing pensioners to attacking kids to not hitting Andy Cameron hard enough. I wont be lectured to by a guy who follows a club whose greatest claim in the last 20 years is they had a not bad casual firm.
OTIG_FTOF
Oh my, so much for the cultured persona that jags fans love to portray. No danger of Sevco fans being thought of, as cultured.

Bit too close for comfort hmmmmmmmETA all of the above ALLEGED incidents were provoked by YOUR lot calling us sheep shaggers, therefore completely JUSTIFIED. By your logic. No8.
The "goading" outside the main entrance didn't even happen, No.8 made it up to allow him to justify (in his eyes) the violence perpetrated on Hearts fans. You see your argument falls down here as i didn't try and justify anything the Rangers supporters did inside the stadium where i apportioned them with most of the blame. I at no time tried to make light of throwing bricks at buses. Actually quite the opposite and i called them (the Rangers supporters) arseholes for acting in this way. I at no time tried to use this as an excuse for anything that happened away from the Main Doors..Try reading what i actually posted. I also could have not mentioned it at all but i witnessed it and thought i would mention it as some had said the demonstration outside the Main Doors had been peaceful.. It was for the most part peaceful but that was down to a sizeable Police presence. A small Group of Hearts fans who had walked from the Copland Road end round to the Broomloan started chanting as they walked past on the pavement next to the pitch opposite the main doors. There was a very small altercation which involved pushing and shoving and the odd punch from both sides but the police were there in seconds and the Rangers supporters went back to shouting at a Red Brick Facade and the Hearts fans were escorted away by a few Police. Now what i actually said was i had zero sympathy for that specific group of Hearts fans and i did say they can consider themselves very fortunate that things didn't escalate and that the police were there in such numbers. Anybody who beleieves differently is certainly living on a different planet from the rest of us.

I passed many Hearts supporters on the way past the Main Stand...I had parked at KFC due to be being later than usual...and none , outside of that small group, caused any trouble or were given a second glance as they made their way around. I take it they were coming from the Underground and i have no idea why they would decide to walk past the Main Stand as from the Ibrox Underground that is a helluva lot longer than just going up by the Govan Stand but as you say they are free to go wherever they wish. It is an impressive building and maybe just chose to have a wee look or were wanting to see what all the fuss was about.
thelegendthatis
Oh dear. I fear this chap will be unsuccessful in saving Sevco. Look what Jesus did with 5 loaves and 2 fishes. Think what he could do with 7 Sevconians. We can get the Sevconians easily. But where do we find Jesus? And most important of all, is he "one of us". If he did happen to turn up , I can imagine the chant of the great unwashed along the lines of "F*** off Jesus you Muslim *******" Edited January 19, 2015 by thelegendthatis
No8.
Slashing pensioners OK that was on the track at Pittodrie but it was still against Rangers. I see your club took zero action against the culprit as he was one of your support arrested for attacking wee boys at the Ibrox Underground a couple of years ago. Maybe you find that funny but i doubt many others will.
