That said, it's loads better than last year naturally I'd need to rewatch the first two/three seasons but it's been fantastic. Jonathan Banks has been a fantastic addition to the show, Chang and the Dean have been much better used this season. Abed and Jeff have probably been used about the same but I feel like Britta, Shirley and especially Annie haven't been great this season. Apart from last week's episode with her brother, Annie has had nothing so far. King Kebab Posted May 11, 2014 Share Posted May 11, 2014 It's a shame it's been cancelled, but while Season 5 was a vast improvement on the previous one it was still sadly lacking in comparison to the earlier Seasons, I think the departure of Chevy Chase really changed and perhaps ruined the dynamic of the characters for me and then when Donald Glover left, i think then it was a step too far for the show!!! But at least it went out better than it would have done if Harmon hadn't come back!!! It just goes to show how studio interferance can wreck a show, if they had left it well enough alone we could have been discussing 5 Seasons of brilliance with perhaps more to come, rather than 3 seasons of brilliance, one season of shite and a season of meh!!! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
