La_Leyenda
You seem determined to come on this forum and make everyone think you're a tit. You do a good job of it. Starting posting some memes and you can be Aberdeen's Paulo Sergio/Forever Hibs. I'm glad it riles you so much, you miserable fucker. Why would it rile me if people on here thought you were a tit?
Guest
Come on sheepies, FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! (Basically wanting somebody to distract peoples attention from Hibs ).
Squirrelhumper
So that makes it just Spurs and Ayr United to have beaten the Jambos in cup competitions this season. Auchinleck Talbot were robbed though. Congrats.
Green&White Zebra
I guess the shot of O'Connor really sums up the problems Hibs have had for the past 5 years or so. The rumours I've read are that they've had a serious boozing culture in the dressing room. John Collins allegedly tried to reverse it, but to no avail (although apparently his man management style wasn't the best). Yogi Hughes, I suspect, would not have been adverse to the odd session (by the way, I read somewhere that Messrs. Collins and Hughes were at the CL final instead of Hampden - not very impressive). As a club, they've struggled to get the balance right. Under Alex Miller, they were fit and hard working, but my God, they were dreadful to watch. A couple of good spells under McLeish and Mowbray has been about it. I remember watching Celtic v Hibs in August 2007. Kevin Thomson was in central midfield, Steven Whittaker at right back and some annoying wee git () called Scott Brown scored the opening goal. It was one of the best games of the season and, to be honest, Celtic were a wee bit flattered to grind out the 2-1 win (Vennegoor's debut). All three players left for Glasgow, but the point was that Hibs made good money out of it. It's asking a lot of produce another good crop of players to replace them, but given the financial strength of the club, its infrastructure and the fine stadium, they really should be doing much better than this. There are 5 clubs in Scotland that I'd consider deserve the word 'big' and 'potential' applied (United kind of punch above their weight and don't have the potential). One is about to go out of business, another (Hearts) are up to their eyeballs in debt and another (Aberdeen) is going nowhere. It really does represent a great opportunity for Hibs to step up and become a major force. In the late 1940's they threatened to displace Celtic as the main challengers to Rangers' dominance. But they had vision back then. They really need it now, but if it doesn't work out for Fenlon, then if there's a good young ambitious manager out there, then there are far worse jobs to have. Things might seem bleak at the moment, but funnily enough, in 5 years time it would not surprise me if the roles were reversed. Unleash The Nade
You might well of been stood next to me. I was running my mouth with that all day long. You weren't there with your missus were you? Nope
MariusZaliukas
Think the whole thing is just really sinking in now tbh. Cannot get the smile off my face. That trumps 0-7 and 6-2 by fucking miles. I kinda feel sorry for the hibs fans after watching that. Their best player was that wee loud mouth Stevenson.
Hearts Daft
Never noticed this before, but a guy sitting next to me at the match yesterday, thinks Leigh Griffiths looks like a thumb I think this photograph of Griffiths giving his post match interview, backs up the guys claim That was quite possibly me.
Hearts Daft
Now do we have proof that was last night? No date or time on it, could have been taken anytime, plus unless they are Hearts fans out celebrating I'd be very surprised if it was Hibs fans The big tanned geezer next to Him is Lewis Coult, Hearts fan and Cowdenbeath striker.
Ross.
Have to say, I was really looking forward to this game but was really disappointed, mostly because it was just far too easy for Hearts. Hibs were second best all day, and even taking into consideration some horrendous refereeing decisions, I think Hearts would have wiped the floor with them anyway. Hibs had absolutely no fight about them at all, Hearts just completely bossed it without ever looking like they were trying that hard. Will be interesting to see what both teams do over the summer.
WaffenThinMint
I was told O'Connor through his runners up medal away on his way down the step and into the tunnel, is this true? Have heard about this one doing the rounds, and it sounds suspiciously similar to one from last week about some amateur team up here throwing away their runners up medals after some cup final, leaving the sponsors furious and vowing never to sponsor the tournament again. Also over in the US it has become the latest form of protest for veterans of the Iraq/Afghanistan conflict to throw their medals at the NATO summit in Chicago. Yes he played gash on Saturday, but I am wondering how much of this is true and how much is urban legend being dreamed up in the backlash over Saturday and the start of the scapegoating.
H_B
Hibs were absolutely disgustingly pish. Total embarrassment of a performance.
the jambo-rocker
My brother was telling me about a rather crude chant he heard at the Waterfront before the game on Saturday that I thought I'd share with you all. "Scott Brown's sisters shagging Tommy Burns in hell, Tommy Burns in hell, Tommy burns in hell." phanni tikklar
Now do we have proof that was last night? No date or time on it, could have been taken anytime, plus unless they are Hearts fans out celebrating I'd be very surprised if it was Hibs fans That was %100 sat night.. There was about 6 hibs players out in George Street on sat after the game.. I know because they were stood right next to me.. They were drinking and walking around like they'd won the game.. Big Osborne thinks he's yaya toure the way he was walking about.. As we were walking out the door my wee hibs mate shouted.. Oi you ya big useless c**t , have you any idea how much that hurt today.. It was pretty funny, Osborne just kinda looked at his feet and said nothing
MariusZaliukas
Now the stage is set and it's our DESTINY to win it this way, beating Hearts and ending the 110 year hoodoo! Hibs WILL win. I have faith. Can also see griffiths, sproule and black getting sent off. The only thing which gives me any confidence is that our defence looks a lot more solid, and Fenlon is meant to be a cup specialist. There's not a chance the players will shite this one. No way. Hibs will win the Scottish Cup. I can see it now..... 20k+ Hibs fans going totally mental as James McPake steps up to lift the Scottish Cup. Not a jambo to be seen in sight, It's destiny. As my friendly Gers fan says above, it is good when they are confident! Hibs have the better forward line and will win 3-2 110 years is a good time to win and it is all set up for the Greatest Game in History apart from 7-0 on New Years Day 1973. A fit Hibs team with the luck of our great Irish Manager can secure the Cup. Plus we will have no debt! Hibs players I think will just go out there and give it their best shot and try to enjoy the occasion, less to lose and just go for the jugular. We have the players like GOC and Griffiths to make it happen. Definitely not a guarenteed Hearts win, Hibs are very gradually improving. -
Jimmy85
My brother was telling me about a rather crude chant he heard at the Waterfront before the game on Saturday that I thought I'd share with you all. "Scott Brown's sisters shagging Tommy Burns in hell, Tommy Burns in hell, Tommy burns in hell." Why would Hearts fans want to sing a song about a Celtic player and a former Celtic manager? Should that not be reserved for Rangers fans?

MikeyWellFan
Well done Hearts. Deserved victory for the boys in maroon. Gutted as had 20 quid on 3-1 as an exact score. Edited May 21, 2012 by MikeyWellFan
Greggy Wallace
Did anyone see the Hibs fan dressed as a panda who somehow found himself walking through all the Hearts fans before the game? He was getting absolutely destroyed.
