Raith Against The Machine
That is wild decision making. You'd think that when a team above you in the ladder phone up to enquire about a player - much like Arbroath did with Dowds, too - you'd have a second look at whether or not he might be able to do a job where he is.
101
Hughes better have someone lined up to come in before Saturdays (tomorrow's) game otherwise I have no idea why you would send him on loan.

He doesn't even get off the bench for us.Which in itself is baffling. What a club we are. Just put the club down, the board deserve it.

Aye, surely at some point you question why a side fucking miles better than you are would want to sign him.

embow
Does this mean he gets to play for the Smokies tomorrow? You can write the script now if that's the case.

I think we'd collectively entered the dynamic of a poorly treated woman who's sending Facebook messages to their ex's new partner. Yeah, he seems nice and charming at the beginning when it's all passion and "spinning plates" but it's not long before his true colours shine through and he's going behind your back to try and get the Motherwell job. DAFC.
Once we get relegated, there has got to be a complete clear out from top to bottom of this club if we want to get serious about bouncing back to the Championship. With Petrie’s Montrose, Kelty Hearts, Falkirk etc we will not have an easy time getting promoted straight away. Instead of challenging in the Premiership, the German revolution is going to see us dig out our buckets and spades for an unwelcome return to the seaside league. Fucking raging what these fucking idiots have done to this club this season. Every single one of them need chased out of Dunfermline.

We're also not sending him to a direct rival, and if he scores against Morton, Ayr, Queen of the South etc. and frees up some wage budget to get someone in who will play as a lone striker (or someone of decent quality to play in the middle of the park) then it does make a wee bit more sense than the Vaughan one.

Does it not make more sense - if you're banking on him scoring goals - to keep and play him? Benefiting directly from his goals? It's all a bit of a stretch getting those ducks in a row otherwise.
