Pretty sure there's been a connection for a while. Rangers and Hamburg is more recent. Enemy of my enemy sort of thing. Plus the fact that one of the clubs is only 10 years old. Regardless, we could still do without this getting hijacked by a bunch of Celtic supporters. I found the Rangers - Hamburg love in strange, the city was flattened during WW2 with half the residents killed during a firebombing raid I'm sure. The very same Celtic that droves of people from all over the country go to associate with, for erm reasons. If you believe in social change and football being a vehicle for that, your local club is the best place for that. Dunfermline have done more for the communities in West Fife than Celtic will ever manage. Whilst I'm sure not all the Celtic fans in Dunfermline follow the team for political reasons I'm sure a few do.
