If he's neither of things then he must have been rightly fuming and desperate to leave. But starters not squad players. Mehmet has shipped far too many goals, undermines confidence right across the back line and has terrible distribution and kicking ability. Add It to the other 'achievements' of appointing our worst ever manager and also having the longest spell outside the top flight since we agreed to fold the central league and return with automatic promotion guaranteed 100 years ago. They’d be fighting for the same position in the team. McPake would rather shoehorn everyone into a shape that just won’t work with the players available, than adapt his style to suit what we’ve got. He’s shown that on a regular basis over the last year. Absolutely played us. Pars had most of the ball but Forfar knew we were slow in the build up, so kept their shape and took their chances when they came on the counter.
