JamieStevenson
Both lads Slovakian I take it? Is this a similar idea to when we had the Norwegians coming over for trials?

dafcburty
FT 2-2. Most players getting 90 mins. Faissal came off for Thomas after 63 mins, Boko came on for Igor 10-15 minutes later and youngster Jonathan Galloway got the last few moments, coming on for trialist Scott Ferries. Faiss and an O.G for us with Darren Lavery and Michael McKenna scoring past trialist GK Blair Currie for the home side.

parsforlife
It's a closed doors match. Yes, but we all know that doesn't necessarily mean it cannot be watched

onecowden
Anyone able to give an assessment on how the team got on? Particularly impressed by Bocko in that video. I really enjoyed the game. Dunfermline were magnificent. There is no point in playing the league games this year as the Pars will win by at least 20 points.

You forgot to mention our huge support though.
Cowden316
Good to have a sensible Cowden fan on. Well said. You forgot to mention our huge support though. Wouldn't call it sensible and glad one Cowden isn't our manager.Imagine if the Cowdenbeath Fc team went out with that attitude saying there's no point in playing Dunfermline because they will win. Also last season we beat a decent Hearts outfit at Central Park in pre season to then be hammered ten nil so pre seasons outcomes should be taken with a pinch of salt. There's no doubt Dunfermline are going to probably be a much stronger side but this is the club who were all talk the last time saying they would hammer us at East End Park and didn't. Dunfermline should recall the last two seasons as a hard lesson and a reminder that just because you have an unquestionable fantastic support and stadium with full time club status does not warrant you a right to think you will win the league. D.A.F.C
Would rather play Cowden than most of the teams in this league. Glad we have a derby next season.

Yes always good to get a bit of Derby banter.I hope you lot bring a really good crowd as our club is not as fortunate to have as a big fanbase as yours.
