Didn’t score a goal for Annan but it looks like a few of those appearances were out wide.

I know James Graham pretty well. He was mostly on the bench for Annan and as you said played out wide a lot.

He is a decent young striker. Can play anywhere up front, wide left, Right or centre forward. Has lightening pace and a great pedigree. Loves a ball in from behind. I reckon he will do well with us if we can hit some form in time for the play offs.

Prior to signing for Rangers as a 16 year old in 2020 he had trials at both Liverpool and Man utd. Liverpool wanted a 2nd look at him then Covid hit so he couldn't get back down. That's when Rangers offered him a 3 year deal.

So did we find out ?

Dr Mackay has agreed a 5 year lease with the local metal detectorists club who have been granted permission to carry out an iron age dig twice per month during the winter. All monies received will go straight to pitch maintenence costs and any spare funds will go towards Stevie Farrell’s new and improved 2 year deal.

In all seriousness I still have no idea!

It's difficult to judge on that really. Annan are second bottom and I'd imagine don't make all half as many chances as their opponents in most weeks.

See, Nisbet; Kevin for another example of how a striker in a team who hardly see any possession and are battling it out, won't do any favours for the attacking player.

Hopefully he offers us a different option if he has pace to burn. I feel like we have lacked the same counter attacking threat since Matty Shiels left us. We look laboured far too often when we gain possession.

Stole this pic from the photographic history page in the premier thread. Three ex sons in that picture

Four, if you count Stevie Chalmers who played as a trialist for us against Stenhousemuir at Ochilview.

I’m going to be in the bar from around 2pm tomorrow if anyone wants to catch up or chat about anything. Still getting settled in as director but happy to talk over anything

22 November 1958, per Evening Times. I think that separately, his daughter also confirmed this in relatively recent newspaper article.

Presumably we didn’t think he was good enough

I've just noticed that James Graham is from Lewis. Anyone know if we've had any other player from a Scottish Island?

Donald Morrison (remember him?!) was from Lewis I'm sure.
